Ecco offers great gear with modern, European sensibility. If you want to look after your feet and look good at the same time you should pop in for a look; you owe it to yourself. Your feet will thank you.

I don’t usually post this sort of thing but I came in to the store for a present for my mum and the cute girl with blue hair was beyond helpful. Will definitely come back for her xmas present!

Fraser and Michelle are so helpful in my purchases, they are so friendly and I appreciated their patience while I was choosing what I was looking for, I am very happy with my purchases, I highly recommended Ecco Store at Claremont Quarter .

Very posh but a nice center

Purchased shoes 18 months ago. Was caught in the rain and the dye spread onto lighter part of shoes. Made the lighter area look slimy green. I did use repellent spray when purchased and occasionally spray. I took them to the store to see if there was something they could do for me. Apparently doesn’t meet warranty requirements. I was told that I should have sprayed daily. I haven’t heard of any one spraying shoes daily. Not really good enough excuse for the price I paid for them. Purchased cheaper shoes and never had issue dye spreading.

Poor Quality Leather, Terrible & Dismissive Customer Service and Ecco not honoring warranty claims. I purchased the white leather shoes from Ecco store less than 12 months, used the repellent spray as recommended. One pair of white leather shoes is completely discolored with the Ecco brown tag smudging all over the white leather and shoelaces. The other pair is fine given I wear both pairs at the same time.
After taking the shoes to the store, I was told to contact their customer care, which I did with photos. They rejected my warranty claim in the first correspondance by suggesting I have not cared for shoes using Ecco products, which is completely false. I tried explaining that I have the same pairs of shoes in black leather without any issues. But they are not interested to hear. Called their customer care number this morning, the lady on the phone just hang up the phone on me and told me to basically go away as their decision is final and there is nothing they can do. Utterly disgusted and disappointment in this brand and their lack of customer service, especially when I have purchased so many of their products.
I would never buy any of their products and will definitely not recommend it.
