My favourite place to get the best Italian shoes in Australia. The merchandiser has impeccable taste and I always find a pair of beautiful shoes that last forever. And the customer service is top notch too.

Zomp’s customer service has been impeccable! They have gone beyond my expectations. I used to buy all my quality shoes from Zomp’s Sydney store but since it sadly closed, my only option has been to purchase their shoes online. I read Zomp’s exchange/refund policy on sale items and still took a risk on purchasing an expensive pair of boots, but unfortunately the size was not right for me. I was approved an exchange to a different size but the boots still did not fit me well and meant that I would not be able to wear them. Even though it was outside of Zomp’s exchange policy they graciously granted me a second exchange as a special concession. I am so grateful! Their delivery and service on both occasions was quick and efficient, and in all our correspondence they made me feel welcome and important. Thank you Zomp, and I love my new boots!

Zomp has been my fav shoe store since Greg had his one shop in Trinity Arcade in the 80/90’s. The new owners haven’t missed a beat and their post sales service is particularly excellent after I messed up my order online. Cheers .

Walked into Zomp this morning and was greeted by a male staff. No customers in the store apart from another staff member. I looked around the store but nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. I waited a while and then just left. Decided to walk to Midas and bought a pair of sandals there instead,

Terrible Service. After 8 years of being loyal customer I couldn’t not exchange, return online sale item! It’s not helpful, staff were just emotionally ignoring me on the phone and the shop and couldn’t provide a better service, referring to online policy of final items! They have attached returns turns and conditions to my purchase but wouldn’t exchange an item by saying it is different terms and conditions to the outlet item! so why not attach correct policy then? very disappointed and will try consumer rights.

Not happy at all.
Bought a pair of shoes that was losing it's colour/transfering on my feet as well as the shoe itself. When returned to the shop, I couln't get a refund, had to get a credit. Yet I bought the shoes on the black friday and now I can't afford to use any of that credit
