Lizard Log, Western Sydney Parklands

Nice open area for picnic. Great play area for kids. Plenty parking area. Picnic talbles, plenty bbq area and well maintained toilets.

Great for picnics, bbq or just stroll. Variety of landscape so kids can choose to take a walk, play in the sand pit, jungle gym, slides or kick balls in the open ground. Little pond attracts birds and provides little educational visit for kids.

The area is massive, with lots of open fields and large BBQ shelters. Bathrooms are also decently new, pretty cool how the water from the sink directly goes to the play roots. Surprised there’s no bin in the bathrooms though, a bit annoying for handling nappies.

The play equipment area is not bad. Two excavators, slides, logs, swings, and two really long flying fox gliders.

A short hike will take you to a couple of really nice scenic spots.

Open till 8pm, very nice huge parklands for workout cycling or jogging

Lots of activities for kids to do here such as Zipline, Slides, Sand digging, wall climbing etc. In addition to that, its a nice picnic area where you can celebrate events such as birthday parties or any party for that matter. Park has hotplates as well as clean restrooms.
Kids and family really have a great time here everytime we visit. Honestly, whats there not to like about this nice park.

I was searching for a place to walk my dog. Found this place on my online search. Very nice place. Large playground. Well maintained. Lots of walking trails. Good for family gatherings and celebration. Plenty of picnic areas and barbecues around. There are toilets in strategic areas.

Expansive area. Lots of walks. Spotted some kangaroos luckily.

More of a nature reserve than park.

Love this park! So much to do. Great place for having a celebration such as kids birthday parties. Well maintained and includes toilets as well. One of our favourite parks!

Kids will have a great time here as there is plenty to play with. Also a great area for large groups.

Lizard Log in Western Sydney Parklands has something for everyone, from nature enthusiasts to families looking for a fun day out. Whether you're exploring the trails, having a picnic by the pond, or gazing at the city lights from the summit, you're guaranteed to have a fabulous time. I can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent spot for birthdays or picnics. Kiosks can be booked in advance. Lots of open area for family groups. Electric barbecues are available for free and they were all really clean. So were the amenities. Just remember to take your rubbish with you back to the car park, as all the bins are only located in that area.

Great fit family bbq with large spaces of sheltered of areas, a complimentary bbq is always near by. On busy days these do require a booking which is very expensive. So early bird gets the worm.

A beautiful park with regular maintainace and clean toilets. Pleasant picnic spots and great for cycling.

Lovely place for families to kick back and enjoy a barbi. Plenty of parking spots and all amenities including very well equipped and "clean" toilets.

This is truly a wonderful recreational park!
BBQ areas are always clean, toilets are pretty clean too.

My kids loved the flying foxes they were pretty big. It also has a small rock climbing wall, slides, swings, sand areas, and other kids' play equipment. The whole area is massive, and kids will have loads of fun here. Plenty of seats, tables, bbqs, and toilets.

So much fun for the kids & the adults!!! Long trail to walk, run or just take the pram for a stroll. Plenty of swings & things for kids

Lizard Log - Grevillea Hut

I have loved this place for years and hope to continue enjoying it for many more. Thankyou to the hard working people who maintain it.
A couple of suggestions.... can we add a bird watchers board showing the species found here, the different walking loops would benefit from signs showing distance/ steps/ difficulty and for the younger generation a picture story in signs told around a walking track
