Really happy we found a TV unit that fit our space (and no flat pack is a winner) .. arrived quickly although we did organise it through a courier through our business. Had to tighten the cupboards a bit and it's meant to be floating but we decided when it arrived to leave it down (for toddler reasons) but overall happy with price and product and really well packaged!

Purchased the white corner tv unit and we are very happy with the quality of the unit and the customer service. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2.4 m TV floating wall unit, and it is of excellent quality but, while the delivery person seemed to handle the crate with care and there was no sign of damage to the crate and the cardboard box, when I unpacked the TV unit it turned out that the back panel had sustained damage while in transit.
The back panel has to carry the weight while mounted on the wall, so it is an important part of the structure.
I took some pictures of the damage and contacted Retro Designs, and they responded very fast.
They offered three options, a full refund, replacing the unit, or they would send a replacement back panel free of charge for me to replace with money offered as compensation.
I selected the replacement back panel and was able to pick one up from their factory, and was also happy with the compensation offered by Retro Design.
Companies credentials are tested not when everything goes right, but when things go wrong and how it is handled to rectify the situation, and Retro Design gets 10 out of 10 from me.
So if you never bought furniture online as I did and are a bit hesitant, just look at the feedback, this company stands by their product, and their customer service is second to none.

Ordered a tv entertainment unit which was delivered badly damaged through no fault of the seller.
Was asked to send photos of the damage and a new unit was dispatched immediately.
Retro Designs were friendly and obliging throughout the process.

The extendable sides allow us to customise the size anytime we want a little change.

I received delivery of my Suprilla TV Unit last week, and I am very impressed with the quality of the cabinet. I was happy to pay for the delivery to South Australia as I could not find anything I liked available in Adelaide.

Customer services was excellent and the cabinet was dispatched and delivered very quickly.

Received our Retro Extendable TV cabinet today and it was even better than I expected. It took 10 minutes to complete assembly and it looks amazing. I ordered the entertainment unit and coffee table from here. The quality is great, the price is reasonable. Very hard to find the extra long entertainment unit in Australia . But you definitely can find from there. Really recommend.

Harmonia executive office storage cabinet is just as pictured and high quality. Need experienced hands in assembling it. Its a statement piece in our home and beutifully aligns with library design we thought of for our house.

Love the 3 items we purchased - the Suprilla TV unit and coffee table as well as the Oxford buffet. Required customer service to follow up on a delivery issue and the communication was fantastic resolving the issue straight away. Would definitely use them again.

Lovely company to deal with!!! I bought a lot of home decors and furnitures from Retro Designs and they're stunning. I bought a very nice Three layers coffee table and everyone loves it and always got compliments!! I like stuff that are unique and not common even if I spend a lot of money it doesn't matter to me. They've got really nice wall decors that I have purchased and one of my friends really liked it, so I got her one for her Birthday!! Customer service is just incomparable, they're quick to respond and always happy to help! I am buying wall decors again to put in our 2nd level hallway, so I am excited with it. I bought a TV cabinet lately from Reto Designs ,
what an amazing experience, i got the tv table in 2 days from placing the order then i have changed my mind so I requested to return it and order another one , it was like a dream couldn’t believe how quickly that went .2 days from sending the first one back the second one arrived!! Literally quicker than uber eats 😅
The tv cabinet looks amazing and great quality. I highly recommend those guys !
