Rushy Point, Princess Royal Harbour

I stopped here with my daughter to explore the 'bird hide' provided for twitchers. It is an excellent little shack at the end of a short bush track with a great view of a shallow bird wading/feeding area in Princess Royal Harbour. If i was a twitcher i would be here all the time as loads of rare migratory birds pass through this location, some from as far away as Siberia. However i will visit again as there are numerous other tracks that lead off around the Rushy Point area. It is a quiet and unspoiled place.

Rushy Point, Princess Royal Harbour, Little Grove, near Albany, WA is definitely worth visiting,. The bird hide on water's edge is a haven to view migratory water birds feeding nearby

Beautiful little walk trail with a new cozy bird viewing hide. Only downside is no apparent parking for visitors along any nearby streets.

I have visited this beach many times. Sometimes it is completely covered by the tide and sometimes there is a sandbar so big you can walk across the harbour. It is always a nice and beautiful place
