Staff were amazing and helpful especially Peter and Ann :) Out of all the furniture shops I’ve been in this one definitely made the top of the list staff were patient, understanding and helpful and they definitely showed that they truly cared about their customers happiness.

Out of all shops, I do recommend going to this place first before any others.

Fantastic experience. My wife and i bought a bed here and were very impressed with both the range and customer service. We were served by Daniel, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I can't stand pushy sales people - so it was refreshing to be served by someone who actually took the time to listen to us, and provide genuine value.
We got a great price, and walked away very happy.

Bought a sofa, a dining set, and a matress. Bree was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. She took into account the fact that we told her we had cats and she based her recommendations around this. She also arranged the delivery based on our needs without extra charge. Also threw in a free matress protector. Was very satisfied with the experience.

Purchased a 9 piece dining set from here 4 weeks ago, on assembly we had an issue with one of the chairs. My wife called to advise them of the issue and asked us to send some photos.

Upon inspection of the photos they have called us back to advised it was our fault due to the screws being screwed to tight into the chair.
However advised they were happy to replace the chair free of charge just bring it in and they will replace it.

Great service team keep up the great work, we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family based purely on the customer service.

This place has everything you need from lounges to tables,chairs, cabinets,beds with matress and bases, wardrobes and more it's a great place you have parking and the staff are all great and they know there stuff good customer service and there is stuff that will fit in your budget,I got a few things from here and delivered in 2-3 weeks with no issue at all next time you need something for your place come here they will look after you no questions asked

A great furniture store in Caringbah with an extensive range of furniture. We were looking for a new lounge suite and the staff provided excellent customer service showing us different ideas and negotiating pricing. Well worth a looksee

Good for buying furniture, but on a more serious note their sale items are incredible we scored a lounge suit day bed Ottoman thingy for 700 on sale two weeks later the price was 1700.

Absolutely amazing! Bought bed from Bsnkstown store and was told there is a 4-6 week wait but Amart Caringbsh transferred the order and the staff assisted all the way!

Bought a living and dining package. Had a wrong piece of coffee table but it was replaced fast. Customer service is pretty good.
