I have been purchasing regularly from Pet Shop Direct for a few years now. Their customer service and product variety are always excellent.

I have ordered from this store a few times before and have always been impressed with the speed of delivery and the selection of premium bird supplies. It can be hard to find stores that offer a large selection of items for parrots that also have good shipping (times and rates) so I'm really grateful to have found this store! Recently, I had an issue with a product I ordered that got damaged during shipping. I was really anxious about it because I wasn't sure how the store handled customer concerns, but after reaching out they immediately responded and a new product was sent out to me which arrived in a day. Great customer service, thank you :)

Needed some new toys for my parrot, compared several websites before stumbling onto Pet Shop Direct; their catalogue/UI design may seem dated, but they have a solid range and competitive prices. Ordered at around 11am, and arrived 7am the next day; it was only standard delivery! Haven't seen such fast and efficient delivery post-covid! Toys were clean and brand new, unlike some that are left gathering dust in physical stores. Would highly recommend, and will highly consider them for future purchases!

I had realised the other day that our dogs dry food is really low and out in an order, received our order in the next 1-2 days, shipping is super fast.

When you look at the "about" section of the Pet Shop Direct website it states the company wants to provide great communication, speedy service and great prices. All things you would expect to read from a company trying to promote themselves and to take some of your hard earned from you.

I have been looking and comparing for a few weeks, I have rung their store twice and then finally ordered some of their products.

Are they achieving what they set out to in their company profile, HELL YES!!!!

Very professional but personable on the phone answering all questions without any push to buy, great selection of quality items so your pet is safe and will experience exactly what the product is described to do and speed of delivery, my delivery was delivered to my door in UNDER 24 hours from when I had paid for it, no I don't live next door I am in another state!!

Of course money is tight for all of us these days, but if you want old fashioned service, great products and super slick delivery then you will not beat Pet Shop Direct. I won't be wasting my time looking around anymore, it is saved in my favourites and on my phone, do the same, you can't go wrong.

Pet Shop Direct is so easy to shop with, their site is really easy to navigate. I must say they have the largest range of pet products online, especially their bird range. Always next day postage to Newcastle and one of the only stores in Aus reliable for having a huge variety of bird toys and accessories for a great price. Love them! My sun conure Mochi is a very happy boy!

Been trying to find a decent budgie seed thats premium but still appetising. Dont bother spending $30 on dry premium food, my budgies avoided it like the plague. They love their new premium budgie seed from Pet Shop Direct :) arrived next day and filled with their fav seeds.
