The Good Guys team at Caringbah go out of their way to provide quality customer outcomes.

We were in a pinch as we'd moved into a place without a dryer and had a newborn on our hands. I'd phoned ahead as we were going to arrive at the store with only 5 minutes before close.

The team expedited a payment link so I could come in and just pick it up. When I arrived, there had been a system error, and the model I wanted wasn't in stock. I was comfortable taking the display model, but the manager stepped in and offered a better model for the same price (usually about $300 difference).

The team wanted to be sure they honoured their commitment to provide a dryer and walked away with a quality product, even though it was past closing time.

That's top-notch retail service. Will be going back there for future purchases.

My air fryer stopped working after only 6 months. I went to the shop yesterday and got it replaced straight away. The cash register lady was very helpful and helped me take my new air fryer to my car. I’m very happy with the service and I got a Tefal air fryer that does steaming, grilling and air frying. I made a grilled chicken yesterday and the skin was so crispy and tasty that I don’t think I’ll ever buy grilled chicken in a shop. ❤ love it. Thanks

Shout out to Kevin the Manager went out of his way to help me purchase a radio for my 93 year old mum who is in respite and very much missing her radio. I needed one that would pick up AM and he was so helpful and kind. Thank you again Kevin and Happy New Year and thank you again

It took a while to get help - which is usually not the case at all, this day they were just understaffed.
When we did receive help it was thorough & helpful!

Great customer service. We were served by Atar he was quick and efficient could give us a great price. His knowledge was exceptional which helped us to chose the appropriate appliances. Offered next day delivery which happened to be a Sunday which I was blown away. $85 delivery charge for installing both appliances & removing the two old appliances + packing. Delivery guys were on time, very friendly & professional. Would recommend The Good Guys any day.

We recently purchased a coffee machine from Bill who was a great help and very knowledgeable on the best machines.

Was really happy as the Samsung rep was on site and had questions. He was most helpful and informative. Further, even though staff were light on the desk was able to price match without question. Had item in stock and picked up immediately. Not a massive store like some others but well laid out with a great diversity of products.
Happy we stopped in.

Bought a food processor which had a warranty issue. Took it in and they helped me out, great service and quick ordering turnaround. Thanks to the Caringbah team! I'll be back here for more :)

Good guys Caringbah is amazing. Have great customer service we had many workers constantly ask us for support. I recommend Sash! He helped us with a washing machine fridge vacuum and tv and helped us choose the best one for us at the best prices ! We are definitely return customers !!

My wife and I were in the Caringbah store this afternoon, looking for a new dishwasher. The salesperson that looked after us was Tausif and he was excellent! Polite, knowledgable and willing to spend as much time as was necessary for us to find the one that suited our needs and budget. He answered our numerous questions in an honest, unbiased way and we feel very confident that we made the right decision with our purchase. Thanks Tausif.

Excellent. Very helpful in their service. They were very short staffed, and yet took the time to assist customers. Had two assistants helping on 2 seperate enquiries, both could not have done more. Will be returning because of their knowledge, nothing was a trouble. The lady was serving in the heater section as well as other sections, the chap who I think was the manager of the Telstra side of the business plus was more than informative of other parts of shop. Well done to u both.

Fast and efficient. I knew what I wanted. Andy was waiting to serve customers. Bought and loaded in the car inside of 10 minutes. Also note that Good Guys didn't knock off $22million in Jobkeeper they were not entitled to like Harvey Norman did. So Good Guys gets our business. :-)

I've been shop in this store twice but I definitely and strongly recommend to others. As a customer, the price is important but for me their customer service attitude is more important.
I've been to JB Hi-Fi and Harvey Norman before I visit Good Guys, and Good Guys was the only one who were more welcoming and wanted to help with big smiles on with eye contact. Best customer service attitude makes me smile also and happy, and best deal as well! That was mainly moved my mind to wanted to shop there. Never regret!
Also, I've been served by same person as last visit too! which mean, they have a good working environment and I guess they treat their employees well (?)

Went in store after doing a bit of online research, was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars for a modern, pretty heater with fancy functions.
Once there was greeted by one staff member & was assisted by another member of staff who assured me that this plain looking heater with a much cheaper price tag was the best heater for me & explained the advantages & functions that the fancy heater did not possess. After much hesitation I made my purchase based on his knowledge & staff member number 1 carried it into the boot of my car.
I’m so glad I listened, not only is this the best heater I’ve ever bought, but I saved lots of money too!

We bought a fridge from here and were really pleased with the product, price and customer service provided. They had a large variety of appliances in stock on the floor and the person who served us was helpful explaining the differences of each one etc. We arranged delivery, everything was seamless. A good experience.

Fantastic customer service, our sales consultant Brighton was so courteous and explained everything very clearly. I'm currently very heavily pregnant and he even got me a seat so I didn't have to stand too long while we were looking at our options. Thank you, Brighton!

Came here a few times for items for our new home. We were assisted by Andy who was very honest and helpful in his opinions on appliances for a couple new to appliance shopping. Will definitely return here if we need anything else they offer.
