Big Grove B & B

Jim, the charming host made us very welcome, even though we arrived at midnight. Beds were really comfy so we slept really well. Unfortunately we had to leave straight after breakfast, so didn't get a chance to have a good look around the grounds. Jim loved to show off his lovely collection of antique victoriana and his house was just full of lovely old paintings and memorabilia. Thanks Jim for accommodating both us and our two mini schnauzers, it was a great stay, even if it was so short. If we are ever in the area in future we will do as you asked and call in for a cuppa !!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at big grove b&b! It was pity we only stayed one night, it would be better if we could stay at least 2 nights to enjoy the surroundings and the lovely house.

The b&b is quite close to many Albany attractions, perfect location! And the host, Jim, is quite friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was fantastic.

We will definitely stay longer next time!

Would recommend. Very close to all the attractions in ALBANY. Has very Scottish vibes. Gotta be careful with the cutlery and crockery, Jim, the owner is very particular about them, as they are mostly antiques that he has collected overtime. Precious home! Birds are flocking around in the morning. Quiet in the night as rest of Western Australia hehe

Awesome experience with Big grove- had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. It is quite close to all the Albany attractions. Would definetly recommend to everyone who are planning for their Albany trip. Good luck Big Grove🖒

Nice, cosy place. The host, Jim, was really hospitable! Loved this place and would definitely want to come back again. Pity we didn't get to see many animals in his garden!

I enjoyed my stay there and found the owner friendly and helpful on where to visit around Albany.
Slept well and had a great breakfast.

Definitely will visiting this beautiful house and lovely old man again
