Pondalowie Bay Caravan Trailer Campground

Great bush camp, plenty of space for caravans & trailers. The drop toilets were excellent. Lots of wildlife & Pondalowie bay beach is lovely, easy drive to lots of other spots in the park. Stayed 4 nights, could have stayed longer if there was showers! 😆

We were in site 10. It can get windy, there are more protected spots.

Fabulous location hidden behind huge Sand dunes which are covered in vegetation and teeming with birds. Short walk to sheltered Bay beach with beautiful head land and views to rock islands. Perfect place to camp, swim and walk.

Great camp-site. Beautiful area with different paths to go within the national park. The stars are amazing at night.

So good! Short walk to beach past the old fishing shacks. Close to surf breaks west cape and pondies. Paved road the whole way

Gets sick here and quite consistent. Small crowds if any and an awesome, layedback environment. Get out there groms 🤘

Love this place, so good to get away for a bit. The toilets are long drops, there are no showers, there is very minimal service and the campground is a bit rocky. The ground is also very hard, so it's difficult to peg into. The beach is awesome and the whole place is fantastic, would recommend 🤙

Beautiful place. Stunning. Tough though. All the wonderful aspects of the Australian bush. Mozzies. Ticks. Heat. No water. Not much shade. Normal for Aussie travel. Loved every moment. The camp grounds are the highest quality and offer really good services. Grateful to South Australian national parks. 🙏

Best camping ground in this National Park. Its has Fire Pit with Metal Grill and Metal Plate.

Great spot we were protected from wind. Was nice and quiet.

Very nice camp with basic bush facilities. Some big sites and a mixture of size sites. Good spacing between sites. Central location to points of interest on the York Peninsula. $25 pet night including entry to the national Park. Just look out for the ants and bee's. All good. Jim

Excellent experience. Come prepared well for no power or running water (baby wipes and firewood are the key). Spectacular beaches and Inneston worth the visit.

Variety of coves, rocks, beaches. Emus with chicks wandering around the area, some roos too. Optus reception is at the end of the dirt road, but messages come thru at the camp grounds. Telstra public phone in the main camp
