CYC Forest Edge

I've been attending Youth and Church Camps at Forest Edge since the early 1990's, both as a single person, a married couple, and a family.
It has always been a friendly and well run Site, and it's been great to see the improvements to the Facilities and Activities continuing to make the experiences even better each visit.

We love bringing our Group to Forest Edge and have been impressed by the ongoing improvements to the camp over the years 🥰💯🥳🎉👌👍👍 The staff are always fantastic, friendly and go out of their way to give each of us the best experience possible 🥰🥳🎉👌👍👍 Forest Edge is gorgeous and sits right on the edge of the State Forest along the lovely river 😎👌👍👍 We really enjoyed the amazing 60m Waterslide and the River Sledding along with the High Ropes Adventure Challenge Course and the 250m Twin Flying Fox🥰🥳🎉👌👍👍 There's always so much to do and such a beautiful camp to enjoy for all of our Group 🥰🥳🎉👌👍👍 The Dining Room is a great place to cool off on a hot day and the food is delicious 😋. The Meeting Room upstairs is very modern with a Fantastic View over the lovely valley 🥰. We're looking forward to our next camp here at Forest Edge and excited to see what they add next 🤔🥰🥳🎉👌👍👍

Amazing experience! Loved being here! Special shoutout to Josh, Jack, Brit and Jo! Literal legends! The food was so good as well! Loved the diversity and how fresh it was. This is a little camp nestled along the mountains and the La Trobe River; The peace, quiet and the absolute serenity is just overwhelmingly beautiful! Loved it I recommend 10/10

Absolutely beautiful, relaxing and peaceful place in the hills! The property is well maintained, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Our group stayed in the cabins and the First Edge staff provided us with delicious meals.
A wonderful experience and we're looking forward to the next church camp event!

Great place to enjoy a school camp. There are tons of fun activities to do including; twin flying fox, high ropes, archery, river sledding, mountain boardin, etc. The lunch and dinner meals are okay but it is still enjoyable. The breakfast, morning tea and afternoon tea were delicious.

The meals were delicious. Though the second day's chicken wrap lunch was outstanding, we couldn't have seconds. 😔

We had a camp for about 33 people at Forest Edge. Happy to recommend. The facilities including the Kitchen, Amenities hall were second to none. Accommodation was also comfortable. Ross was very helpful, he went out of the way to make sure our requirements were fulfilled. Wendy was amazing to coordinate and made sure everything went well. Amazing people and Amazing place.

Great place for group camping. Amazing food, awesome staff members and great atmosphere. Highly recommended for youth, young adults and adults camping. Lots of activities for each age group...

Our daughter is spending her second visit at CYC and suffers with anxiety. We (her parents) feel so safe and reflective of her first visit where personal growth in just 3 days was reflected in her ongoing boundaries and in her memories forever. Thank you FE CYC Team.

Located nestled in the beautiful hills, Forest Edge has all the comforts needed for a great camp away. The staff were friendly and helpful and our child had a wonderful time. I will definitely be sending her again and highly recommend this camp.

Excellent camp with awesome activities and outstanding food. Special dietary requirements were extremely well catered for too. Friendly, flexible staff. The kids had a ball!!

Just returned from a 3 day corporate camp. .. what an amazing place! The staff are phenomonal, the facilities are brilliant, the setting is out of this world, the accommodation clean and cosy - and the coffee is to DIE for!

Great location, atmosphere, wildlife. It is close to Melbourne and great facilities. My daughter was disappointed that she thought she heard monkeys in the trees... but they were only kookaburras.

Campsite was great Thanks for the time and effort. It was a fun and fulfilling Easter weekend away from Technology and other distractions.

I was there for a work event. The kitchen was extremely accomodating and made great vegan food. The grounds are beautiful!! It is surrounded by forested hills and the La Trobe River.

A well set up camp site with clean and comfortable rooms. The food is excellent and the staff are wonderful. I am involved with the facilitation of camps for kids and this place is just fantastic.

My daughter attended Forest Edge CYC for camp. Lovely grounds, good range of activities, my daughter loved everything about her experience.

Absolutely awesome venue. It was open with amazing well run activities for the kids. Really clean bathrooms for a camp site.
