I am delighted to share my recent experience with Jyden and express my deep appreciation for their outstanding service. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, Jyden truly stood out as an exceptional professional. I will be shopping here again after the service i received.

Just like any other woolies store. Just perfect. A single stop for all the grocery for your house.
Most of the staff members barring one or two are very nice and friendly.

Wonderful range of goods with all isles full with lots of trendy items. Service excelent and plenty of check- out people. All very clean and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I love this woolworths and I've been shopping for a few years now. They have a great selection of gluten-free and organic produce, which are reasonably priced.

Great place to grab groceries & cash if needed without the surcharge often added if not your bank.
Reasonable hours & a handy halfway location between Nerang & Southport.
Also, not as busy as the Southport, Australia Fair option.

Had a good afternoon visit to my local Woolworths they were all out of one of my favourite products I asked a lovely young guy with a beard if the truck had come yet or not and he was straight onto it said sure has mate what we're U after told him what I was looking for and there was none in the fridge he ran out the back and brought 2 bottles from the back amazing customer service and went out of his way to make a customer very happy cheers agian mate and U have a awesome night regards Jake

Woolworths is a lovely place to shop with everything you need under one roof. Foods always look fresh and well presented. Lots of offers to be found within the store on different items. What is not to like.

This One is Underrated Great Selection of Products All Very Clean and well organized !

This is my local WOOLWORTHS, its HOURS ARE 7AM TILL 9PM except on SUNDAYS, Great checkout management, it's not a large store compared to other WOOLWORTHS however they have FRESH PRODUCE even though their selection is smaller compared to the bigger chains. Location is in the heart of Ashmore, petrol station next door and other great stores inside the village!

Tonight i had to drop in to the shops to get stuff for dinner and bread for school, i have an injured leg and currently on crutches, i was struggling through the shops and eventually made it to the counter, the store manager Nikki saw me struggling and helped me take the shopping to my car so it was easier for me, i really appreciated the kindness shown it was a huge help 🙂

The customer service representatives at this grocery store are friendly, attentive, and ready to assist.

Great store, not to big and not to small. I think it has 8 to 10 isles.
Plenty of fresh produce and wide variety of fresh in-house breads, cakes and biscuits.
Also good choice of deli produce.
Two things I don't understand,
1. I can never find white loaf of bread with sesame seed top.
2. Why 3 Turkish bread rolls in the bag? 4 or 5 would make more sense I would have thought...
