It seems like the customer service here can be spotty based on reviews, but I had totally the opposite experience.

The sales assistant was attentive and addressed me as soon as I entered. She suggested various bags that may meet my needs and shared what she uses herself.

My toddler was getting angsty in her pram, so she brought out a sheet of stickers and let her keep them. This completely changed her mood and my daughter ended up loving the shopping trip.

I didn't end up buying a bag here, but the positive experience with the sales assistant was memorable. I wish I'd caught her name so I could provide feedback.

Can i just say wow to the customer service i had received tonight! Ben was so helpful and so polite we can’t say thank you enough, he’s personally was so caring and this was the second time we have been served by him and omg we just can’t put into words how much we love ben ahhhh! we also love the fact he had told us about a stain on the shoe instead of letting us figure it out and… on top of that he let us sit down as he wrapped up our gift with free sample perfume. So thank you again ben we can’t wait to see you again.

I am extremely delighted with their customer dealing. I bought a shoe from MK on Boxing Day when I came for a holiday in Melbourne. And I returned back to my own state. The shoe was faulty and I discussed with the manager Ruby. She helped in exchanging the shoe by going beyond the limits and it was a smooth interstate exchange.

Went in to buy a Grayson smart watch, the customer service and overall atmosphere was delightful and friendly! I was served by Sarah who was very helpful and welcoming! Had a great first experience!! Definitely will be back!

Went to MK DAVID JONES Chadstone today and the lady was really helpful and the customer service is superb 💯. Knowledgeable with the products and very very funny. Forgot to ask her name though. Thumbs up 👍

Good employees in the store and they help me organized stock in other store. However service in the CBD store is bad.

Went in to get a gift for my girlfriend and was greeted with great service. Had a staff member called olivia look after me and she was an absolute star.
