Pre Construction: We went to a few builders at the start of our journey, but have decided to go with homegroup due to their designs and price. I called their HQ in Doncaster and was straight away booked in for a meeting with Jarrad Hodge.

He was able to make the whole journey and process a lot easier as a first home buyer. Everything was explained and communicated in the first day and he was willing to elaborate and explain in depths with everything. He would also keep us updated with everything and was always very responsive with emails and phone calls.

I would like to thank Jarrad Hodge with guiding and assisting us with the whole process of building. I would highly recommend him and the homegroup team as they were an amazing team to deal with.

Jarrad Hodge was our sales consultant. Jarrad spent alot of time making sure we got everything we wanted. He spent alot of time talking with my husband and going through our options. He made us feel comfortable in our decisions and we never felt rushed. One other thing we cannot thank Jarrad for enough is ensuring we got everything we really wanted while also staying within our budget. The process was smooth and enjoyable.

We also had a great experience at the colours appointment. Rachel Haywood was very informative and supportive, we had a very relax appointment which we really enjoyed. We felt she had a appropriate mix of telling us what she knows to work best and letting us take the time to make a decision.

We are currently waiting for our land to title. So far tho we have enjoyed the service

First of all a big thanks to James Anderson, he's the best consultant ever who guided me from the design stage to the completion. My experience of building my first home with Home Group was drama free, they managed to deliver the house on time although there were industry wide shortages. Laura (client liaison officer) provided updates regularly and helped clarify the confusions. Gavin (supervisor) was easy to deal with. Overall a satisfied customer and a very happy new home owner.

Jarrad has been such an amazing help throughout our process of selecting the right home for us and giving us lots of guidance and reassurance. Jarrad is a lovely person and goes above and beyond for his clients. We couldn’t be more happy with the process and all his efforts.

It has been absolute pleasure to work with Jarrod Hodge ( my consultant). I am still building with homegroup. Although he came in after I had a tiny hiccup but he made my journey smooth from thereon. Jarrod was always patient , quick in response and follow ups and had great customer service skills. To be honest , his quality service was also one of the main reason for me to sign up with homegroup. He is not like an ordinary sale consultant who don't deliver or provide quality service . My builder went into Liquidation before my build started, so finding a new builder for a smaller block wasn't that easy.
Alysia from Homegroup came to the rescue. There were a few issues to tackle because the design from the old builder looked to be based on small lot housing code which my block didn't have. Alysia spends days back and forth making sure the new design was right and to allow for me changing my mind quiet a few times! She really put the time in to make it how I wanted within the regs it had to meet. She did all this without having to pay a drawing fee like all the other builders charged, so I could actually see a full design before I committed.

Exceptional experience building my house! From start to finish, Home Group team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. The communication was excellent, and they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Grateful for a smooth process and a dream home realized. House design and pre-build stages with Anu Saxena our dedicated consultant from Home Group.
Our journey with Home Group's building process has been remarkably pleasant. Guiding us at every step of the pre-building phase was Anu Saxena, our dedicated home consultant. Despite the distance, Anu made every effort to meet our needs, scheduling meetings through Microsoft Teams for seamless communication. He demonstrated exceptional support and expertise throughout the planning journey, addressing our concerns with precision and care. Anu's helpfulness and commitment to excellence truly made a difference in our experience with Home Group.

Sales & pre-construction- had a good experience with Anu S. in Wollert display house. We needed to arrange the house contract fast. Anu helped us to get the designs and pricing really fast (within a week or two). Also had a good deal for our budget. Love the plan as they can custom design to our needs.

Jarrod from home group is whom we have been dealing with since deciding to go with Home group for our bulid. So far he has gone above and beyond to meet our expectations. We are very satisfied with how he has dealt with everything and continues to touch base as we wait for our land to title.

Pre-Construction: Thanks to Alysia HODGE for helping us with our dream home!!

We are building for the second time; we lost our deposit with a big builder because we got the perfect floorplan with Home Group. We rather loss $3000, than being in a home which does not tick all our boxes. We were very limited on the number of changes we could make to a floorplan with other builders. We met with Alysia at the Tarneit display, she walked us through the 'The Madison 29". We sat down, I told her everything I wanted, and off course more alterations were done after our initial meeting. We went back and forth few times, eventually we got the perfect floorplan. I sometimes look at the floorplan and I envision us living in the house. We are building in Alamora Estate, we are excited for the building journey. This is all due to the amazing work of Alysia, she really went above and beyond to help us achieve our dream floorplan, to call a home. She was extremely patience, knowledgeable and very transparent. We paid our deposit in August; we signed our contract few weeks ago with our prestart selection schedule for January 2024. I learned of Home Group through a family member who built with the company in Perth, they speak highly of the company and their home quality, which I’ve had the pleasure to see myself. So far, I am enjoying my experience with Home Group, and I have great hopes for our future home. Thank you, Alysia, we honestly appreciate your work!!!

Being a first home buyer, it is always hard to choose the right products for your home but Mohit Gandhi was really helpful with all the planning and providing the correct information. I would suggest home group to everyone.
