Ria Warfe is a kind, caring but also extremely competent and thorough GP. The practice is set up wonderfully all the way from the front desk through to the practice nurses. I wholeheartedly recommend Ria and Queen Street Medical Centre for comprehensive and compassionate primary care!

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service that QSMC provides. We were lucky enough to find you when we first moved to Australia and no matter where we have moved to (now in the burbs!) we have always made the right decision to stay with you. Despite how busy the practice is you always manage to fit us in (like yesterday for our 6 year old which was so reassuring). Your GPs like Dr Inga are exceptional. So caring, thorough and knowledgable. And the nurses too.
And of course front of house and management (Tania and others and Hayley) are always so helpful and seem to know all the patients so well. It certainly has the feel of a practice in the suburbs.

I’ve been seeing Dr Nicholas Cox close to a year now for a number of medical conditions and have always had positive experiences. He’s friendly and professional. He genuinely cares for his patients and make sure the patient gets the best treatments and refers to the best specialists if required. Highly recommend him.

A highly professional city clinic that you can count on to provide exceptional service. Doctor Allison is extremely thorough, provides a high level of care, and does not rush you out the door. The reception team are lovely and very efficient.

Update, September 2023: Since Dr Allison’s departure a few years ago, I have been looked after by Dr Amos, who is equally as amazing and one of the nicest people I’ve met. He takes care with complex matters, and is also specialised in skin-cancer too, which really helps.

I’m also so glad Tanya still works here, she’s the loveliest and super efficient.

A shout-out also to Dr. Warfe who I have dealt with a few times in Dr. Amos’ absence. She is lovely and efficient!

Fantastic medical service. Really feels like they are interested in your health and care about you. Never had a doctors office go above and beyond and call in to check up on me before. Fantastic bedside manner. 100% would recommend. Strongly suggest Dr Nicholas Cox.

We flew into Brisbane for medical checks not knowing where to go I took to google to do a doctor. This medical group has several doctors that specialize in different areas. Booking an appointment is so easy to do online. You can choose from a 15minute to a 30minute. They are located in the heart of the CBD. They are very punctual for appointment times. There is also a radiology and lab in the same building so it makes the visit super convenient for an out of towner.
We saw Dr. Warfe and Dr. Amos both outstanding doctors.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and I am yet to have a bad experience. I have just started seeing Dr Bahram Boghraty for assistance with and ongoing support dealing with DVA and he has been a absolute professional when it came to dealing with all the process and red tape that is set in place by DVA, I cannot recommend him enough to any veteran seeking assistance with there DVA needs.
I have also had my skin checked by another doctor for sun spots and that was a very comfortable easy process.

Best clinic I’ve ever attended, been going here for over a year now. Reception is awesome, doctors are compassionate and genuinely care about your well-being, couldn’t recommend more

Great medical clinic in the heart of Brisbane city centre.
The medical staff are very polite, helpful and do a great job of putting you at ease ever step of the way. Likewise, support staff in the clinic's reception area are very friendly and efficient.
One issue is finding the building the medical clinic is in, the 141 can take a little finding, the corridor to the elevators is right next to Swarovski.
The doctors clinics and the nurses clinic are all beautifully clean and tidy, which helps you feel at ease about whatever condition needs attention.
Queen Street Medical Centre is definitely a great option if you are seeking quality medical care in Brisbane.

Great practice. I've been going here for the past four years since I came to Australia. Their booking system is straight forward and both Doctors I've seen (Dr Cox and Dr Boghraty) have been fantastic.

I’ve been seeing Dr Inga for years, at another practice and QSMC, and I’m so happy that she is now a part of the team at QSMC! The receptionists are always so lovely and helpful, and the other doctors that I have seen when Dr Inga is unavailable are fantastic. I moved an hour away and their telephone consults have made it so much more accessible to speak to my doctor when I need to! Great price (especially for an inner-city medical practice) and great staff!

I have been attending this surgery since 2015 and I could not be any happier with the service, professionalism and patient care I have experienced during that time.

I’ve seen multiple practitioners at the centre including Dr Bolster, Dr Warfe, Dr Amos, Dr Weissenberger and Dr Cattanach. I find them all to be very knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate to my circumstance at the time. This can also be said for the wonderful reception team.

My husband and child now attend the centre and I find myself frequently recommending them to others.

Do yourself a favour and disregard the negative google reviews, they are absolutely not a correct representation of the centre!

I recently had an appointment at Queen Street Medical Practice with Dr Bolster. The reception staff at the practice are very helpful and friendly, and the appointments were running perfectly on time.

Dr Bolster was very professional and good at explaining things during the appointment. She was able to address all my items methodically and in a timely, but unrushed manner.

Following my consultation, I needed to have a minor procedure in the treatment room. The nursing staff at the practice are also friendly and very professional.

I would highly recommend Dr Bolster to anybody looking for a GP and the practice is perfect for busy professionals looking for a on time appointment.

I was referred to Queen Street Medical through some unfortunate circumstances and it was the best blessing in disguise I could have asked for. I have now been attending Queen Street Medical for over a year and after having been to numerous medical practices and seen more than my fair share of medical practitioners, Queen Street Medical has been by far the best one I have attended. The two GPs (Dr Elle Bolster and Dr Ria Warfe) I have been seeing have far surpassed my expectations. They are both so caring and compassionate, very thorough and patient, very attentive to my needs and great listeners, they are pretty much always on time and just generally all-round amazing souls.

The receptionists are fantastic. Although I don't know everyone's names, Tatiana and Tanya have always been very welcoming and accommodating. They are incredibly switched on and do an amazing job of keeping me notified via phone and messages of my appointments and receipt of my results.

The clinic/practice itself is always clean and tidy, waiting room is very comfortable and I think the team has done an amazing job with providing the facility to cater for Covid19 and ensuring all patients adhere to social distancing measures.

So happy I found these guys. 🙃

I have been going to Queen St Medical Centre for over 10 years. I used to see Dr Godfrey before he retired and now my son and I see Dr Elle Bolster. I can't recommend her enough and tell all my friends when I hear negative feedback about other doctors at other practises that they should go to Queen St Medical Centre. I love you can book on line, I work in the city so love their convenience plus if I need a blood test or scan it's all in the same building. Next time you have a bad experience elsewhere look up Queen St medical centre (and Dr Elle) you won't regret it.

Just went here today when I was having bladder pain. Both receptionist Tiana and Tania were very kind, the forms were direct and simple. It only took 10 minutes to be seen by the doctor, and doctor Colin was phenomenal- very patient and thorough with listening to my concerns, asking questions, and narrowing down the potential issue. This has been one of the best medical services I've ever received, and I will definitely be back should I need treatment again. Prescription given, medical notes printed, and checks done at no extra costs. Extremely happy with the quality and kindness of the people here.
