Leanne provided excellent service with the shuttle from the Trout Hatchery to Thredbo, so that we could ride the Thredbo Valley Track. The process was easy and she was very responsive over email. We had emailed three different providers but Snow Connect were the first to reply and offered a great price too. Highly recommended - we'll definitely use your services again next time we come down! 5 stars 👍

Fantastic shuttle service for MTB riders doing the Thredbo Valley Trail one way. Arranged a pick up time with Leanne from Lake Crackenback back to Thredbo. She was happy to change pick up time should we be slower than expected, or stop for lunch at Resort. Highly recommend this service.

Our dream perisher trip quickly turned south when I car hit a roo and had to be towed back to Sydney.

Leanne was so helpful in booking us a last-minute transportation on the weekend.

My son and I travelled between Canberra airport and Thredbo for some hiking and found them to be absolutely professional, punctual and friendly. They obviously love what they do, sharing their wealth of knowledge about the area. I would have no hesitation in using their service again.

Our trip was from Canberra Airport up to Perisher Valley. Leanne was a wonderful host/driver. We had a family of 4 and it was a great way (no stress) way to get up to the snow. We stopped in Cooma also for lunch.

Fantastic service!! We were picked up from Canberra Airport and taken to the snow. Really great service and allowed us to get an extra day of skiing in. Were super helpful providing advice for services available at the snow. Will definitely use again. Thank you!!

We had a group of women walking the snowy mountains. Leanne and Snow Connect collected us from Canberra Airport and from then on looked after us in great style. The bus was always clean, water and mints available and friendly, informative Leanne ready to assist us. 👏👏👌

Leanne was an amazing help when planning our team's ski trip! With a group of 10 people, we had a number of changes to our booking and nothing was a hassle for her, despite the multitude of phone calls from me.

Andrew was fantastic and made the trip from Jindabyne to Canberra Airport lovely. We had to stop at the Cooma Airport to drop off our hire cars on the way and then continued on to Canberra. With a quick coffee stop at Cooma it was an easy ride on to Canberra and no stress at all getting lost or finding where to go. We had a wonderful chat the whole way.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Snow Connect for any of your transfer needs, the service is friendly and the help is second to none.

Andrew was excellent, picking us up at Canberra airport. Knowledgeable for first timers, making sure we got to our accommodation. We stopped for a lunch break in Cooma and supplied water and mints in car. Great service! So much better than hiring a car for a family of 4 - no stress for the start of our holiday.

Leanne was amazing when at 11:30pm she sorted out a way to pick up myself and 2 others, plus luggage and 3 mountain bikes from the side of the road and complete our journey to Thredbo after 'car meets kangaroo issues'. If the composure and friendly helpfulness is any indication of how she runs all her other activates you will be in excellent hands.

Leanne and Luke saved our recent family holiday at Perisher. We visited outside peak ski season and without them, we would have stranded in Jindabyne. Leanne and Luke went well above and beyond to ensure we had all the transport we needed, at a reasonable price. All this with last-minute notice.

We cannot thank Leanne enough for her services throughout our stay in Perisher. Unfortunately we got in trouble when we hit a kangaroo and she was there instantly to pick us up and take us where we needed to go. A very compassionate individual with a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding areas! Highly highly recommend!

Leanne, was very accomodating with our last minute request and she did this with a smile and friendly servuce . Our driver Rob was also very friendly and both went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and informative.
Would highly reccommend this service and will use them again next trip.
