Fantastic Furniture

I recently visited this store - Thomastown twice to buy 2 x console and 1 x bedside and I must say I am very happy with the purchase. The staff is very friendly and soft spoken. They addressed to my needs and also advised me on few items which I wanted to buy. About the furniture items, I am very happy with the consoles and bedside. They were so easy to assemble and the quality of the furniture is great. The staff at the despatch dept is also very helpful and they ensure that the items are loaded very carefully. 5/5 stars to the customer service and yes will return to this store to buy more items during the boxing day sale.

Very Helpful staff, ended up getting 3 bedroom sets, living room and 10 seater dinning table. Had everything in stock except the table. Wait time little long but acceptable for us.

Will definitely be back soon to grab a few more items.

Went into store today to buy 2 bookshelves, came out impressed and equally happy with the outcome. The staff member who served us, Josephina, deserves a huge raise. She was kind, respectful and very insightful. Could not recommend enough!

Affordable prices, friendly staff...!

Excellent service. Great range of furniture and homewares etc most of which are at very reasonable prices in my opinion. All products well displayed and the store is set up nicely with enough room to easily move about. Had exactly what I wanted and needed in stock which was packaged well. Ample parking available.

I've been here on boxing Day. Amazing furniture under low price. I bought a few decoration stuff for my room like 4 items at $60. Must visit. Loved the sofa sets. They are at 399$ . In love with the collection.

Had some issues with a promised furniture piece by Carol that was then sold to another buyer. However, Nial came to the rescue and directed me to the only store that had the last one left in Victoria. Thank you Nial. Appreciate your help heaps!

Fantastic Furniture is really good for your First time out of home furniture. Also for the elderly, the budget conscious, recently divorced and lost the settlement, share house and basically anyone who is a Real housewife
