Mind Your Health Medical Centre

I went to see Dr. Ierino for a health check-up and she was amazing! She couldn't have been more kind and attentive, and made me feel as though she cares about my well-being if I need a follow-up. MYH was also super smooth, the gap fee was not too expensive and they made the Medicare rebate so easy. Definitely recommend this centre!

I've had to rely on telephone consults over the past few years and the team at Mind Your Health has been very accomodating. Dr Chiu is a knowledgable and caring GP who I highly recommend. The other doctors are also quite nice.

Doctors at Mind Your Health Medical Centre, pay very close attentions to their patients with warm feelings liked parents to their children. Their patiences and cares extended to their patients is unbeatable comparing many other medical Centers. My family of five are extremely pleased for our medical visits each time. My gratitudes especially to the principal of this Medical Center, Dr. N. Chiu, he is a very experienced Doctor and a most responsible Medical Professional Individual. I must admit that Dr. Chiu has saved my life because of his experiences and he pays full attentions with details and cares to what my medical needs for my problems of an enlarged prostate in tracking and found out an upper G1 cancer, through all efforts of Dr. Chiu and his recommendations, including of the Best Surgeon Dr. Mittal for my Whipple Surgery and 12 chemotherapy treatments done. I now live liked a new born person. I gratefully appreciate and thankful to both Dr. Chiu and Dr. Mittal for saving my life.

Great experience! I had to search for a new GP because mine retired, and couldn't be more satisfied. The staff (admin, nurses, GPs) are amazing and quite nice.

It was my first visit here and I’m very happy to have found them. I had had a sudden and exacerbated asthma episode after being overseas recently.Dr Lisa Hu was caring and thorough with her immediate attention. She took the time to listen to my history, investigate what could’ve brought it on and offered treatment quickly. She also prepared a summary of her report for me as I am from interstate.Thank you Lisa.
The front office staff here were also very friendly.

Dr Chiu is is very helpful and personable. There was no wait time and I was able to quickly get in to see the doctor who was able to assist me. I will definitely be coming back for any healthcare needs.

Dr Denise Ierino is a wonderful doctor. She knows how to listen and was most helpful in sorting out my medical issues.

I changed to Mind Your Health Medical Centre last year because I wanted a different experience from my previous doctor who I had been seeing for years.
I am delighted with that decision (just took a chance and walked in off the street.)
I am particularly pleased with having Dr Ierino as my doctor. She is very thorough and an interested, well informed listener.
The appointments are always on time and the reception staff are helpful and attentive.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Maya O'Brien and Dr Denise Ierino. They are both warm, patient, and funny as well as being super caring and thorough. I've been looking for GPs that are compassionate and competent and focus on patient-centred discussions and treatment, as well as being weight-neutral in their treatment - if you're looking for the same, these ladies are it.

To the lovely receptionists who I have dealt with personally at MYHM, Mr Nadeem, and Miss Claire - Thank you for your patience and attentiveness.
Ultimately this review is for the most down-to-earth, kind and caring GP, Doctor Maya O'Brian. Never have I had such a positive experience with a Dr who actually takes the time to really listen and go the extra mile for a patient. She is truly a remarkable and empathetic addition to the medical field.

I've been with Dr Denise Ierino for a few years now and I know how difficult it can be to find a GP who is both highly skilled + empathetic, takes measures to learn (and remember) your medical history inside and out, and genuinely cares about long-term health + wellness. Dr Denise is all of those things and more.

Also, the front desk staff are delightful.

Dr. Maya O’Brien is a great doctor. She is knowledgeable and empathetic. My 5 year old was very scared of doctors, however Maya has had an amazing approach with him. He accepted her almost immediately, and our doctor visits are so much less stressful now. I highly recommend Dr. O’Brien .
