His smile is a plus.

Hee Jin, the store manager, has to be THE MOST HELPFUL Manager I have ever met. She didn't have to help me with my shopping but she did. And for that I will be coming to this Coles from now on.

Great supermarket, always fresh food, lots of discounts and quick sales for lowest prices. Would recommend buying products there if you live in Neutral Bay.

I just want to highly commend the Store Manager Teddy Ragg & his team for the excellent assistance that I received from them when I shopped there earlier this week & I thought that my car had been damaged in their carpark. From my first call to the store answered promptly by a sales assistant who then had a team member call me back almost immediately & put me in contact with their store Manager. Teddy then went above & beyond in reviewing the relevant CCTV footage & finally proving to me that the damage was already evident on my entry into their carpark. Efficient, professional & always courteous service like this is just exceptional. Thank you.

A well set out supermarket that is seldom crowded, but well priced. Hidden a bit within the Bug Bear complex next to the Oaks Hotel on Military Road Neutral Bay. Parking generally underground. Worth a visit.

table.! What a shame after all the money

helpful has great rapport with customers

the young lady a shot at it and sending
the faceless Manager to Bourke.
I will say the staff who manage fruit
and Veg.are fantastic stock well
displayed and inviting.

Perfect. Well set up and everything you look for with food is there. Very handy supermarket not far from where I live.

Great shopping centre even when it's a small shop it has everything you could need well.spaced out and organised. The car park is a little tight and not all four wheel drives will fit in.

Thank you. I selected cash out late one evening this week and forgot to take it. Returned the next morning to see if a staff member saw it, and they did. It was safely set aside for me. 🙏 Also the renovation is really nice. Keep returning here during covid as the aisles are more spacious compared to some other supermarkets.

Considering how absolutely terrible people in the area can be to the staff who do their best to help. I commend every single staff member for not giving up on humanity. Very kind when treated like people and not machines of a corporate entity.

This Coles has very recently had a complete maker-over, and has been completely refurbished. Really nice store with friendly staff and a great selection of food. Easy access parking via Military Road or Ernest Street.

Really love the range of Low FODMAP food in this Coles. The joy I felt when I found a pre made pasta sauce was overwhelming. Finally a quick easy meal! And they were on special! Definitely going back for all my low FODMAP needs.

Well stocked. Staffs are helpful.

Store seems to have been recently refreshed. Very nice. Free underground parking for up to 1h30m.
