Went in to get a Christmas gift. And was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service! Gina has to be one of the friendliest and nicest people I’ve ever met! Such delight! It was a super hot day and they were busy, yet she was so kind and friendly! Made it such an easy job. Huge props to lovely Gina ✨✨⭐⭐🩷🩷

It’s a smaller store but packs a punch. Was pleasantly surprised to find so many great titles on offer and really easy to navigate. Actually really preferred its smaller size as it made choosing easier.

I went into the store to buy a gift for a 4 year old. Gina was wonderful and thoughtful with her suggestions. We ended up getting a book with a puzzle and it was a total hit! Five stars just doesn’t do justice for the joy and happiness we experienced. Thank you Gina!

I was able to work for Gina and Colin at Dymocks in Neutral bay for a couple of months and it was an absolute joy. Gina and Colin have created a welcoming, thoughtful and caring environment for employees and their customers. They go above and beyond what is expected to provide the best service they can for everyone in the bookstore. I would highly recommend this as a place to work and to find all your book needs.

The team are always friendly, helpful and definitely avid readers. I love browsing the shelves and just seeing what there is to offer. It is a small business where you get to chat to the owner Gina, whom I can feel the passion and love of books emanating from. Added bonus: they are dog friendly!

Incredible shop filled with wonderful people. The staff treat you like family, they are kind, patient and always try their best to offer the highest level of customer service. The store is clean, tidy and offers a wide selection of books. Also a great way to end the day after a relaxing day at the beach.

Popped in here the other day to have a look around and have to say the staff and very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. I purchased the latest James Halliday Wine Companion and they were perfectly charming.

I had my second great experience here today. They ordered the book I wanted in good time, they had the other book I wanted on the shelf. Staff were lovely and helpful. Gina was gracious and knowledgeable. Her love of good literature shined through.

What a great shopping experience. I had ordered books online elsewhere for xmas gifts which failed to arrive in time. Jeanie the store owner personally helped me find other choices which were in stock in store and solved my gifting predicament. Highly recommend

Always love popping into this particular Dymocks! Gina and the staff are always so friendly and inviting. Just visited this afternoon to pick up another book and couldn't help leaving with a spring in my step!

The experience is different as you aren't able to go into the store owing to Covid, however Gina and her team more than compensate for that with their weath of experience and wonderful recommendations for all age groups and genres. Go support these lovely people if you're looking for something to read!

This is a pure gem, Dymocks are usually good but this is a bookshop that stands out, not the biggest but the way a bookshop should be, welcoming, a font of knowledge, a place of dreams & imagination. This is the passion of the Owner, a charming ex-teacher, a character you'd expect to read about. Enter a world untouched by cynicism & lose yourself for a while. I found my old friend Oscar Wilde there, it's been a while.

couldn't ask for a better bookstore! The Meaning of Mariah Carey was due out 29th of September. I had pre-ordered my copy by calling the store a few weeks ahead. When I walked in around 2pm on the day, it still had not arrived due to delivery delays, the staff there seemed rather annoyed it wasn't there already(but what can we expect nowadays? Covid has slowed everything down-We are all in this together!). As I lived locally, they offered to deliver it completely free of charge! Colin greeted me and I was able to pay for the book and get a receipt (impressive, because they didn't even have the book instore to scan yet). I left my address and continued about my day. That same evening Colin came to my home with a Dymocks bag with the Book in Excellent condition, and the receipt(I like to collect these release-day receipts) and gave it to me! Wonderful! I would do this all again!

This Dymocks store was a particularly great experience due to the general friendliness of Gina. Offered to order a book in for me but without pressure and gave me a helpful recommendation on my next great read. Will definitely return once this book is done!

Great team, thanks to the lady who went out of her way to save that book for us as it began to sell out and she knew we called earlier but didn’t put on hold. It was a gift for my godson and we travelled quite far to buy book, much appreciated.
