Bought 4 PC computer boxes and 1 laptop (all pre-loved) and accessories over 12 years from ANA. They are spot on at assessing the right computer for my work and budget and every few years suggest to trade-in my previous purchase for an upgraded model which they just acquired - worked a treat each time, got a faster and more agile second hand PC. Any technical problems, they advise, action and fix e.g. when I had a tight budget they advised on free antivirus vs the best bought antivirus reliable brand at a good price, and installed it for me. I purchased Office 365 home online but it didn't install properly, for a few months my PC kept using the old Office suite, even after logging back into the purchase site account etc so took the PC in, again ANA hit the mark, got the new 365 suite up and running. The computer services I received from ANA have really helped my productivity.

This is a great local computer shop! William is super friendly & knowledgeable, even with small requests. He's helped me with computers that wouldn't turn on (not his!), networking cables, and even finding screws for mounting a new hard drive. Fast, efficient and great value.

After trying to upgrade my PC by myself it would not turn on so I took it to ANA Computers in Neutral Bay. William started solving the the issue immediately and had it working perfectly within 2 hours. Thank you for the fast turnaround and great service!

William is always helpful and tells you the truth Re your problem and fixes it really quickly. Very knowledgeable and reasonable in price , I’d not go anywhere else . Great to have his skills at hand on the lower north shore

This place saves me a lot of trips to the city for components, which are always at a competitive price as well.

Scammed my brother and me, stole my brothers gpu and taped some random stuff to his laptop, and for me he sold me a cheap pc and when i had problems with it crashing he dismissed me and practically pushed me out of the store

Rang to enquire if they could give me advice on setting up with dual monitors with my laptop, was told it was no problem and to come in. Made the trip to the store and when I arrived owner was very dismissive and basically refused to help or give any advice, said I needed to bring the laptop up even though I was just looking for general advice and told him my laptop model etc. Terrible service. Do not waste your time.
