Grand Oaks Early Learning Centre

Pulled my son out of his last daycare centre due to staff ignoring us and didn’t feel welcome, Grand Oaks has been the complete opposite.

Friendly, helpful staff who always say hello in the mornings, always say goodbye in the afternoon and always give updates on how my little one’s day has gone.

Every single staff member I’ve spoken to has honestly been so lovely and caring.

My daughter has been attending this service for 8 months now and I couldn't be happier with it. The educators are super friendly and always let me know how her day has been at pick up. Overall a safe and friendly centre where my daughter seems very happy and content!

I moved my kids from a local centre to Grand Oaks and have been exceptionally happy with the care they are receiving. Staff are friendly and give me updates about how my kids are traveling and I am looking forward to the excursions they will be going on throughout 2024.

Both of my children go here and I've been exceptionally happy with the experience! My kids love going and love the staff, who really go above and beyond. Highly recommend sending your kids here for peace of mind they're in good hands!

My 2 children have been attending Grand Oaks for 4.5 years now and they love it. The staff have helped me navigate potential ASD diagnosis and are very attentive and seem to have bonded with the children. Always friendly and flexible.

I would just like to say, my son has been attending Grand Oaks for the past few months now. My sons needs have always been attended to in the kindergarten room and Chloe the service manager is great and any information or questions I’ve had, she has always been able to answer them and assist me and my family with whatever she can. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough! The staff are so lovely and welcoming in the mornings and always happy to have a chat about my sons day. My son also LOVES going on the excursions! I love how environmentally friendly they are and how sustainable their rooms look and the homely feel I get when I walk in. I feel comfortable and at ease when I leave my child in the care of the staff here. I would not hesitate on recommending this service to other families within the area and I am very sad that my son will be leaving next year to attend school.

This services goes above and beyond for my step-son. We are extremely happy with the Linder program they offer and Cindy his kinder teacher has been very helpful in offering all the support the kids need. All the staff seem very friendly and bubbly. Couldn’t be happier!

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude staff, lazy educators. Don’t use the app they advertise on their website. Didn’t offer an orientation and pressured me to sign up asap or I’d lose the availability. I had no idea what was going on with my daughter on her first day and had to call to get updates. The room wasn’t clean. I pulled my toddler out after her first day, then they proceeded to tell me I would have to pay for two weeks.. later heard a story that a parent had walked in to find an educator yelling and swearing at a child. Office staff also tried to gaslight me with my family violence situation after querying their processes and also refused to provide me with the area managers number. Steer clear is all I can say - there’s no wait list for a reason.

If I could give zero star to this centre so unprofessional and they hardly communicate anything through that app we dnt know Wht our kids are doing throughout the day really disappointed by the standards of this centre we leave our kids to be safe n loved but this centre fails to do so ,only a handful of educators are good others are rude and I feel so sad that I choose this centre for my kid ,Education department needs to make a check at this centre 👎🏼

If I could give no stars I would. Staff do not reply to communication and are downright rude. The center itself is dirty and always has a pungent faecel smell in the air.
The food is reflective of packet mixes and my kids were always sick with some new virus or contagion caught from here. Lots of staff coming and going.
Stay away!!

They always have high staff turnover, they never answer the phone. They frequently close early. They treat my partner differently because he’s had a stroke. It’s totally behind in the times, send your kid anywhere else.
