Bunnings Lilydale

Two amazing female staff today showed so much care and empathy towards the person I was with. One was named Jo and the other was a younger lady who went and got a trade shirt from the back to give to my companion. She then told him that he was always welcome and safe in the store. This act of kindness left me so touched because these ladies understood his struggles and showed so much support. Please if you can find out who the second staff member was who got the shirt for him- the ladies deserve a pay rise and employees of the year. You made a huge difference to someone’s day and we will not forget your kindness. Amazing staff at this Bunnings!

Bunnings is a place we love to visit. While my husband spends time getting supplies to use in our garden and home, I love browsing in the garden section. They have a wonderful supply an variety of plants.

My boxing day could not have been made better than my experience at the lilydale store. Welcomed with a big smile as soon as I walked in. Then had the fortune of meeting Brooke who assisted me find what I was after, she called for assistance from another amazing workmate (name escapes me, but she had cool tattoos ) who between the two of them had me laughing with their witty responses ( I think there’s a career in comedy if amazing customer service doesn’t work out for them hahahaha) helping me find what I needed, cheerfully went to get the big clunky picking ladder to reach the lid for the tub I was buying. Brooke and teammate were so engaging and made me feel I was the only customer in the shop.
It’s so rare to have this level of genuine conversation and engagement. They are the text book definition of brand ambassadors. I hope management recognise them for their excellence.
It didn’t end there, the lovely lady at the check out was the icing on the cake.

Just want to thank the entire team for being so amazing.

We all need to remember that being able to go to Bunnings on Boxing Day is a first world problem, and the reflect on the fact that these hard working people would love to be at home relaxing after a hectic Christmas Day.

Very helpful staff, this is an older building that Bunnings has but it is everything you expect from a Bunnings store.
Just a bit smaller.

Refurbish? Renovate? Repair? Buy something new? You can find everything here, including barbecues, household supplies, nets, drilling and building accessories, garden supplies and plants or pots.

Nice greeting on entering. Appeared to be well staffed. Smaller Bunnings then most but handy for the area

Good little shop, doesn't have the full range. Good to pop in for everyday items for trade or home. Because it's a smaller shop it's very easy to get a park close to the door. Can get most of the things you need to do small and some big jobs, or something that isn't a specially item. Staff are very friendly and helpful everytime!

I would just like to forward a big Thank You to Kate (special orders Desk), Karen (Pool parts), and the Nursery Lady (sorry did not get her name, however, they outshone themselves with their service and assistance. I just hope the Manager of the Lilydale Store knows what true "Gems" he has working for him.

I returned an axe to the store I’d purchased click & collect. The girls helping me were super. There was an issue due to me having updated my bank card recently. One girl spoke to Manager Darren who was in a meeting & he sent a female Manager down who sorted the issue out straightaway. Great service. Excellent customer experience.

Bunnings Lilydale is the closest to Bunnings from Healesville. It has most things but not as big as the one up the road at Chirnside Bunnings

The customer service is great and the team are always there to help.

We fundraise in front of the Bunnings for our women's group. The staff is so nice and serving and supportive. They are very professional too.

Standard Bunnings. I will call it medium size. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I always go there early as then you have access to more staff to help you.

I encountes about 6 different staff members in my frantic search on Sunday morning, each and every one was so lovely, friendly and helpful. There a great banter too. Would come back just for a friendly chat.

I needed help buying fitting for my new barbecue. Alisha, I think let name was, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help. Bunnings can be proud of her. Excellent service.
