We needed Matt to also take care of our home whilst we were away during sale of our property and he went above and beyond to take care of our property, deal with any problems and update us regularly on the feedback from our open homes. Excellent at Strategy, Follow-up and Communication! I had a few agents appraise my home, however I sold with Robbie for a few reasons.

He had a good grip on the suburb and was optimistic and could see the value in my property.

Probably the main reason I decided to get Robbie to sell my property was his consistent follow up. He appraised my property 9-10 months prior to going to market and consistently kept in touch. This level of follow up gave me confidence that he would look after the potential buyers well. As a result, we secured a record a price for the estate and the property sold during Christmas holidays.
