Stayed on an unpowered site in this wonderful caravan park. It’s small, unbelievably clean and the host is lovely. Never seen a caravan park so well maintained, even the trim of the grass is perfect. As for the amenities, we have never seen such clean amenities in any campsite, not even a bug in sight!!!

Great location, no horrible bugs flying around even in the heat, just a few bush turkeys here and there.

Couldn’t fault this place ✅

We stayed for 5 days while visiting friends. You have to book in advance as it is a small CP but well worth the stay. It has been family owned for over 20 years, the grounds are manicured and landscaped into pleasant gardens. The facilities are scrupulously clean. There is a big swimming pool and a BBQ area available. There are several permanent residents there that make you feel most welcome so it is more like joining in with a community. Just walking our old dog round the park resulted in many people stopping and chatting.
The staff there are very friendly and always busy round the park, cleaning, gardening and doing maintenance.
The pictures show a view of the park down one road, and a shot of my caravan as we were getting ready to hitch up an leave.
My wife and I have been caravanning for over 30 years in all states and territories of Australia and the Advancetown Caravan Park has to be one of the best we have seen. If there is a down side, then some big rigs would have difficulty in parking on some of the sites. My 6 metre van went on easily.
There is a pub a short walk away and the Nerang Shops a short drive away.
Great Caravan Park, good staff, welcoming community and marvellous facilities.

Beautiful little park that's clearly really well managed. Lovely staff, great pool and grassed area and massive toilet block that was the cleanest we've come across in our travels so far. Reasonably priced; $62pn for a powered site 2A2K

We arrived late Afternoon on a public holiday, later than scheduled and discussed over the phone earlier in the day. The caretaker wasn't happy and a bit grumpy. After all, we were not as well organized as expected! I can understand this response since this place is immaculately organized! The grass is kept short, the facilities are spotlessly clean and tidy. The showers are spacious, and every day, new floor towels are provided! The same caretaker (owner?) who first showed some grumpiness turned out to be very kind and helpful. She noticed that I love photography and turned up the following morning with a large cup filled with seeds for me to use, to attract birds to facilitate my attempts to take bird photos! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet and safe place. The only thing I missed were dedicated recycling bins. We ended up taking our rubbish with us to recycle most of it at our business (we have separate recycling bins for cardboard and aluminum cans/glass/plastic). Perhaps this is the last step to organizational perfection for this lovely caravan park!

We booked for two nights on a power site, we booked the day we needed to be there and Liz was able to squeeze us in. We arrived late due to bad traffic and Liz had waited up for us. The caravan park itself it quite, small and very homely! The residents are all lovely people. The pool, bathrooms, laundry are all kept in great condition. 30 mins drive approx to surfers paradise, site situated over looking the Gold Coast in a mountain setting. Would stay here again in a heat beat. Thanks so much Liz!

A lovely, small spot to pull up for a couple of nights close to the Gold Coast hinterland and Gold Coast itself. All the people, including the grounds keeper and residents, have been really lovely. Totally clean (and quiet) bathrooms, very close to the Beechmont Hotel which has live music. Good vibes all around.

Meticulously kept, bathrooms immaculate, gardens pool and facilities very clean and tidy. A smaller park with a lot of permanent residents, and a quiet bush setting so it was very peaceful and secure. Would stay again here in preference to being in busy Gold Coast. 6 kms to Nerang shopping centre and close to all Gold Coast Theme Parks.

Absolutely one of the most immaculate older caravan parks we have stayed at. We had heard so many bad rumours and thought lets decide for ourselves and boy we were glad we did. Elizabeth and co have tidied up the place over the last 20 years. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept. The permanent sites are uniform and consistently maintained and compliment each other. Amenties / bbq area and laundry always neat and ready to use and then there's the pool, omg, so cool, clean and refreshing especially during those hot summer days. Definitely a delight to anyone wanting a nice quiet weekend escape or just passing through. Highly recommended to all, AAA+ experience for my wife and I and our little dog Moe

This is one the best small caravan parks we’ve stayed in. Very clean and tidy. Amenities very clean, nice pool. Good in between location for Springbrook Nat park and Mt Tambourine. Lovey owners. Would recommend.

Awesome little park with mainly permanent vans but still some short tern sites. Grounds and amenities are kept very well. Showers even have a bath mat provided each day. Very friendly and I would highly recommend it to all. We will be back again. Thanks to the wonderful staff 👍🙂

The most spotless, well looked after park, we've been to so far. And by spotless, I mean not a cobweb or spec of dust to be seen in the amenities block or the small common area. Only small, but really quiet, admittedly we were there before school holidays kicked off. Mostly permanent residents here, who are welcoming and friendly, are happy to chat, but will also give you your space. Only 30-60 minutes to most attractions, including the coast and surrounding mountains. Lovely owners and very reasonably priced.

Just checked in in our RV with two dogs. The park gardens are immaculate as are the ablutions block and laundry. Staff are very welcoming and the residents are very friendly. The pool is well maintained. It's a small park, very close to a hotel for extra meals. Probably more suited to mature age travellers. I would definitely recommend it.

We have travelled a lot around Australia and this is a gorgeous caravan park. Every year it feels like we have come home for a visit. Elizabeth and Sarah keep the place immaculate. The amenities are spotless, laundry open and clean with lots of line space. There is such attention to detail. The showers spacious and the water is hot and consistent. There are NO mops, pails or toilet brushes for guests to use as that is all done brilliantly by Elizabeth or Sarah . I can’t say enough about this beautiful, friendly Caravan Park. It is popular and it is mainly booked by word of mouth. It is in Wikicamps along with their email address , reviews, and social media pages . EFPOS available.

The whole park and amenities were spotlessly clean. They have mainly permanent residents and not many sites so book early. It is one of the few parks on the Gold Coast that is pet friendly. Although we have a shower and toilet in our van we used the park facilities because they were so clean and spacious. The Advancetown Hotel is minutes away and you can take a well behaved dog to the outdoor area. We will stay again.

What a place! Really kind staff and campers, probably the cleanest and quietest campground in the area.
Thank you so much!

Our 6th visit over 6 years. Really enjoy the friendly atmosphere, exceptional amenities and wonderful owners. You ladies do a wonderful job.
Here again June 5th 2023. A bit surprised that the rate has gone to $58 pn for pwr & water. Yes the facilities are 5🌟 and the staff/owners are also 5🌟. We travel from WA so the increase is small in the whole scheme of things 😎

Lovely campsite.
Toilets were immaculately clean, showers work perfect.
Although there is no kitchen, there is a bbq and a shelter picnic table next to the pool (which is also very clean and beautiful).
Don’t forget to buy food before because is a bit out of the way.
Owners are lovely. Would
Definitely recommend this one!

We have just spent 3 nights here and I can't speak highly enough of the place, the site and the people. Friendly and more than accomadating management, long term residents all super friendly. The place is immaculate and I have never been any other site with such clean toilets and shower facilities, with small touches of home. Dog friendly too. The only thing I couldn't see was a recycle bin which could be a great addition if I did miss it. Thank you again we will be back
