Dymocks Penrith

Great bookstore. Like most Dymocks branches, their staff reviews some of the books and will personally recommend one to you should you ask them about any subject under the sun (assuming they've got a copy of the book for that).

Loved this place! I enjoy the little written reviews underneath different books. The staff read the books and leave their own review. I love that. Also good customer service!

We shopped here recently and ordered some books in. I also enquired just in passing about a book that I saw mentioned on the shelf but no copies where there. I stated that I would check back about that book when I was back in store to collect our order.
The sales person that helped us, Rebecca, completely surprised me by finding a copy of the book that I had enquired about and left a message for me on my mobile stating that she had put it aside for when our other ordered books come in.
Amazing customer service in a day and age where this type of customer service rarely happens anymore.
I hope the owners of Dymocks Penrith read this review and acknowledge what an amazing staff member that they have in Rebecca!!!

Always have great range of books and if not on premises can order in without an issue, priced to suit quality of store and books. Staff always pleasent😄
