We have been part of this daycare center since our child was 9 months old, and it has truly been an fantastic experience. From day one, we were impressed by the caring and dedicated educators who play such a vital role in our child's development.

Communication at this daycare center has been exceptional. We've always felt well-informed about our child's activities, progress, and any special events happening at the center. Whenever we've had any concerns or questions, the educators and management team have been quick to address them, ensuring that not only our child's well-being but also that of the other children is their top priority

We are grateful for the positive impact this daycare has had on our child's early years and highly recommend it to any parents seeking a caring and supportive place for their little ones.

My twins have been at JELC for two and a bit years now. The staff are amazing, Billie and her team are caring educators who have the best interests of the children at heart. As a working mum who needs long day care five days a week I feel 100% confident that my boys are being well looked after - mind, body and soul.

Since moving to early learning (we have tried 3 centres) and had nothing but dramas and they were a disgrace, we are so blessed and grateful to have come across Billie as she has truly changed our
Lives my son has nothing but respect and absolute love for the girls they have been so supportive and understanding with our boy! We absolutely love this place.

My daughter has been sending her 2 and 1/2 year old to Carseldine Childcare Centre for the last 18 months and on many occasions I’ve had to pick my grandson up. I found all staff at the centre to be very approachable and friendly they also are very informative of how my grandsons day was and if there was any concerns or issues. My grandson loves going to day care he goes 3 days a week and my daughter could not wish for better place for her son to be attending.

The centre provides a nurturing environment for children where the team of educators work hard to not only provide a safe and fun learning environment but go above and beyond to plan for their learning. I would recommend this centre for anyone looking for care in the area.

The tour given by Billie the Centre Manager was very informative, the centre was clean with a lot of natural light, the staff were welcoming and children seemed happy

Journey has been a great centre to my son. Educators are amazing, always working to and for the children. Chef Emma and Tab cooking delicious and healthy meals. Management always supportive and open to any issues.

Awesome Management Team, always warm and welcoming and open to conversations. Wonderful team of caring Educators who have such beautiful relationships with the children. The children are visibly happy and engaged in learning. The service is clean, facilities amazing! Very happy at Journey!

My daughter has been going to Journey Early Learning since the centre opened.Its such a pleasant centre with educators who have a passion for developing kids and not just doing a job.I highly recommend the centre and so thankful that my daughter is surrounded by such amazing beings.Everything is well planned from day to day activities to excursions keeping the kids well engaged.The Centre Group management also communicates well through emails and frequent webinars with parents.Well done Billie and team!

My kids has been going to Journey since opening. They always has a great time and loves the educators. Monique and team are always welcoming and always acknowledge my concerns. Educators are very creative. My boy loves his superhero face painting done by educator .He is always happy. He always want to go to centre and play with his friends. My baby girl struggle in another daycare but since she start journey she has settled and become more socialised and happy. I feel like m leaving my kids with my friends.
Centre is very clean and cant appreciate enough for freshly cooked meals.

I’ve taken my kids to a couple different daycares and can honestly say journey carseldine are the best - the staff are friendly and seem like they genuinly care - the environment is clean and the food always smells amazing - their use of story time is great! Just an overall great experience

We started at Journey Early Learning not long after it opened this year in March 2021 and wow... just wow, you will not find another centre quiet like it, the centre even has mini waterpark areas which is great for hot days /water play my daughter loves it. The outdoor playground area is awesome.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, the centre is very inviting. We have a wonderful cook who prepares meals and all kids are catered for it’s just amazing. I was very picky when choosing a childcare centre as my daughter was born with complex heart issues and is still under ongoing care and I can tell you I’m very confident in the staff here.

What a great team. My boy loves the staff at Carseldine Journey and he especially loves all the tasty food!

We love Journey Carseldine. Beautiful centre, always good smells coming from the kitchen, and our child is so well looked after.

A new centre, absolutely beautifully appointed, with lovely educators and run by a great team. My little guy goes three days a week and is always smiley - he's obviously having a great time!

It's a beautiful centre with such brilliant staff :)
