Always have exactly what I'm looking for and I love that they have no minimum on eftpos. Staff are always super friendly even when I'm just browsing. It's the simple things.

Very bad service and quality of products 😡we bought a foil balloon and had filled with helium, got home and balloon just deflated and that is just 5min drive to home.
Went back and ask for replacement and the lady just refuse and we had to pay for both the balloon and helium.

Purchased an item a few days ago and asked the lovely female worker if I could swap it if it wouldn't work for what I wanted it for. Was told yes, but no refunds (fair).

Today I went in to swap the item and was spoken to angrily and guilted by the male worker in regards to how he couldn't re-sell the item and it would be a loss for him and as a small business he wouldn't allow that. Was spoken down to and repeatedly asked why I purchased the item if it wouldn't work for what intended.

Ended up leaving with no swap, won't be back.
