Guardian Childcare & Education Richlands

We love bringing our toddler to Guardian Richlands. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our daughter is always happy when she arrives to see her educators and enjoys the activities they get to do every day.

I highly recommend this center because they totally look after your kids and if there's something wrong (e.g sick or anything else that bothers the kid) they update you as soon as they saw you in the afternoon or call you as soon as possible. As a first time parent, I really appreciate what they're doing for my son. I can see more improvements after putting him in this center.

Guardian at Richlands is amazing. The staff are friendly and caring. My son enjoys going for the day and playing with the educators and other children. Seeing him happy at the end of the day is what makes me know he's in good hands when I leave him.

Guardian Richlands is best for the early learning journey of children. The staff is very welcoming , helpful, experienced and professional. The centre got a big rooms and yard for children to play. The centre got the best open plans for children's learning. Children enjoy and learn so much each day with the activities and resources.Educators help child to achieve their milestones. The best centre for children's development and care.

The service provided by my Childs Educators in Nursery One, especially Belle and Sharon has been extraordinary and truly admire their jobs on taking care of my son. He has learnt a lot from the centre and we are honestly impressed.

Our family loves this centre. It's so beautiful and new and the educators are all so lovely. Our little boy has become so confident and thrived while being at the centre. I feel happy knowing that he is looked after so well while my husband and I are at work.

The centre is clean and both the educators and admin staff are caring, they made the transition of our little one much easier.

They used to be amazing. Had my child with them from the 1st opening day. All of the staff were amazing. From management and the educators. Went downhill after a change of management. They don't communicate to the educators and I don't see them assisting the educators when there's a lot of kids in the morning of afternoon. They will leave by 4.30 (sometimes even before!). Even when drop off at 8 ish they're not there.
My child used to learn a lot in the beginning but recently its all just running and playing in the hot sun.
My child need cream applied when it's dry due to sensitive skin. Previously they will tell me when it's running out (we know that it's been applied). Recently it's been dry and itchy skin. When asked the management said they have been applying and its running out can we bring more. We did and when passed to an educator they didn't know about and was asking when and how to apply (clearly it was not done)

Centre looks nice and new. But So disappointed with this Centre, my baby has no problem at home. I think their hygiene not as good as I think as I did touch their toys and felt so dirty and sticky. And also, need to ask so many times to get the answer, so far I left the message, and still haven’t got the answer yet.
