Popped in after a client got her haircut at Just Cuts round the corner from HBC for a cuppa.

I'm not a coffee drinker or tea w the exception of herbal teas but w the weather being humid opted for something cooler.

A chocolate milk it was and a ☕ coffee of some sort 🤭

Yummy sweet and savoury goods are on offer. Reasonably priced. Table service by friendly staff.

They’re working hard to maintain the vibe of Merlo and doing a reasonable job. I stayed for the great coffee, but now they unfortunately no longer stock my favourite coffee, so looks like I will be going elsewhere.

There were no lights on and service was appalling. Two young girls who are more interested in talking to their friends than making orders. Worst experience! Coffee was cold took forever. I use to love the coffee and service here. Won’t be back!

Been a customer for years for the quality Merlo coffee beans and had many coffees there. But oday was my last!! The older brunette staff is extremely rude and disrespectful when asking about products. This is not the first time I get this special treatment from her but it's the last.

I ordered a coffee today. And stood waiting for 15 minutes while the staff had a friendly chat between themselves. I don't mind waiting but it's annoying when there is poor customer service
