I recently attended Sensitive Areas Training with Bruce and can not recommend PromTrain highly enough. Bruce is a big advocate for our industry and knows his stuff. It’s also worth mentioning that the turnaround for certification is amazing with my certificate being emailed to me before I got home from the course.

I recently had the opportunity to participate in a week-long non-timber pest management course hosted by Pro Train, it was an outstanding learning experience. Bruce, our instructor, brought a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to the course, making it both informative and engaging. The Sands Tavern in Maroochydore provided a comfortable and conducive environment for learning, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food provided throughout the week. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their skills in non-timber pest management.

Great mix of practical and theory, Bruce has a very likable personality, and puts you at ease, make's learning easy. And he is very approachable, so if you are not "getting it", you only have to ask.
Had a laugh along the way, and had 5 days of learning that flew by! Thankyou very much for making what could of been hard work, very easy. I would highly recommend!

What impressed me the most about Greg was his approachability and willingness to go above and beyond for his students. He consistently encouraged questions and fostered an open learning environment. Greg's patience and willingness to explain even the most intricate details helped me grasp the content with ease.

I've recently completed a 5 day non timber pest course with pro train. And I can confidently say that they leave no crack or crevice unchecked when it comes to information and attention to detail. My instructor Greg was a book of knowledge and made the course very interesting

Just completed my 4 days SCBA training and fumigation environment workshop with Protrain.I truly enjoyed the training and have gained 2 new skills.Thank you Bruce Dekker I have learned a lot from you this week, very knowledgeable about the subject and helpful about the workshop on both theory and practical which made it easy to understand .😊Received certificates same day at the end of the training.I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do the same training/workshop. Very happy with Protrain’s service and pest control course, from the beginning Deb was very helpful in getting me organised to start my termite course. Any questions I had completing the online assessments prior to the class room classes were quickly answered by Bernie or Bruce by email of phone. Gregory was a great teacher/assessor very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get their pest control licence.

The most professional and all inclusive training I have received to date. Lots of information from highly experienced trainers. Any and all questions comprehensively answered in this training program. Also a 2 thumbs up for the use of computer tablets as well...

Over the past year I have had the pleasure of attending both a general pest and timber pest course through ProTrain. Greg was the trainer for both courses and is both enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. I feel like I could work in this industry for 20 years and still learn from him.
