This nail shop is AMAZING! I love the ladies and staff so much they are the sweetest people and listen to any requests you have for your nails in such a comforting and non judgmental way. The amount of effort they put into their work is evident whenever I go there and they always want to provide you with a set of nails you love! I have never had such a positive experience with a nail salon and the staff is always up for a laugh or a chat and make me feel so happy in their presence. It is a 10/10 shop and would recommend for anyone looking for a consistent and beautiful place to get their nails done.

I went with my friends yesterday and we had Alice and Ting do our nails and we absolutely love them!!!! They are new to the store and already by far our favourites

The staff were lovely and my nails turned out of well! Plus, the acrylic and nail art took way less time than other places I’ve been to. Definitely going back here again.

Have just discovered this place, I’ve been twice now and love them. Phi in particular is amazing he works quickly but is a perfectionist and my acrylics have looked stunning on both occasions.

Good and enthusiastic service. Staffs here are very helpful and also friendly.

I’ve just had a simple pedicure and it was great! Lovely young man did the pedicure, his attention to detail was great and the massage was bloody phenomenal. Yeah the staff were talking to each other but I certainly didn’t think it was rude - I talk with other staff at work too - it doesn’t impact my job. For $40 a great massage, a good pedicure and no need to book.. well hello, sign me up again.

Good staff, however the shade I chose (a very light pastel blue) does not look like the sample colour and my nails look very bright other than that happy :))

I had a shellac manicure with a glitter finish. the glitter was super patchy so they had to redo it many times. it just looks a little messy around the edges where the base colour can be seen. I was also asked to pay $70 when usually $40 but I get that the glitter could be extra. they brought it down to $55.

I had my nails done last week. I asked for a simple square nail with all over colour. First of all the tips were put on crooked, when I mentioned this, my hand was just snatched away and they continued working. I hoped it would get better but it did not. The polish was the wrong colour, i got a rounded square instead of a square and now they have started falling off. I was excited to try this place but the staff were rude and very disrespectful. They seem more interested in hiding in a cupboard to eat then doing what a customer asks for 🤔

Wouldn’t go back, at least not during peak hour. They take way to many walk ins and not enough staff. No clear communication, normal polish smudged immediately after application

Management have a lot to answer for.
Employ trained staff, who also understand English and have people skills.
They attend to you and at times leave you waiting for 15-20mins or longer.
I also find it rude when they continue to speak Vietnamese in front of you, when you know dame well, that at times they are talking about you.

Extremely rude customer service, painful manicure and way overpriced. The acrylics turned out chunky and badly shaped, and four of my fingers were bleeding from the terrible filing job. Beware that the only good reviews of this place are from the employees and owners 🤦‍♀

So bad! Will never go back. Rude customer service. $50 pedicure-hot stone(not plural) was cold stone… no massage… painting is horrendous. Save your $50 and get your child to paint your toe nails :)

Painful filing around nail bed of big toes. Skin burnt and bleeding. Infection coming I fear.
