Park Regis City Quays

We specifically chose this venue for it’s proximity to the Cairns Cruise Ship Terminal, and weren’t disappointed 🏆

Stayed one night before departing on a cruise and found our room to be fresh & clean. The front office staff were welcoming and helpful, even holding our luggage between checkout and boarding

Once settled, we found so many cafes, restaurants, a brewery and Woolworths within a short walk - such a great location 👍

We’d happily stay at this great venue when next visiting Cairns ❤

The rooms were clean and spacious just needing an update. The showers were amazing and the pressure was fantastic. Would be good to give locals a discount for recommending clients to the hotel and bringing business

Always stay in a 1 bedroom executive apartment when in Cairns for work.

Great hotel with a very friendly front desk. A quiet location & easily walkable to the main street & food places. Best spot if joining the cruise ship.

Our experience was good, the rooms were clean, excellent room service, the rooftop pool was my favourite place to end my days.

Met by an unimpressive entrance and a small reception area you get the impression of an older style hotel. The corridors leading to the rooms continues this impression.
Then you open the door and are met by a lovely spacious quality room with everything you could need. The bedroom is impressive leading out to the large balcony.
The lounge and kitchen (with washing machine and dryer) is really comfortable.
I did not use it, but overlooked a great pool area.

Entry steps, ramp and outside of building would benefit from mould removal and fresh paint. My sixth floor refurbished self-contained studio had views of mountains and lovely breezes when glass sliding doors onto balcony were open. Air-conditioned with ceiling fan, microwave, bar fridge, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, replenished tea/coffee sachets, iron and ironing board, wall dispensers of body lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, quiet CBD location near Convention Centre, 7 day housekeeping plus great value competitive rates made an enjoyable stay.

I'm very happy for the stay of 3 nights, a very nice, clean, continent and secure place. I'd like to give them 6 stars for their service if I could. Special thanks to Amy and manager for solving the problem resulted from my mistake of booking. I'll strongly recommend my friends to stay here when they visit Cairns.

A very comfortable apartment meeting all our needs. Clean, well equipped and very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and cafes. Friendly helpful staff and service. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

First class accommodation. I don't even look anywhere else when going to Cairns. These apartments are well equipped and have such a good layout/configuration for families or groups. The location is also second to none.

It was a lovely room, all the TV channels, and easy walking distance to work (2 blocks) and easy walking distance to Cairns Central and speciality shops near Esplanade. Would definitely stay there again.

Love being surprised. This spacious accommodation is much more than I expected. King size bed , large balcony, good size functional kitchen. Budget friendly. More than happy to return and stay longer next visit. Close to a multitude of restaurants and cafes. Casino is a short walk away. My only gripes are, the kitchen has round sinks ( I don't like them) and it has a garbage disposal system. I think i have seen to many horror movies. And. The toilet seat was loose, in that it moved when in use, just a little concerning for guys!

Great hotel and excellent front office. Chloe is epic - problem solving on the fly, switched our room so we could check in early, made great local food recommendations, and juggling multiple guest enquiries while on hold to a local tourist company on behalf of a guest who stuffed up their own tour booking. Blown away by Chloe's service.
The room was tidy, bed was comfy, and amenities were in good condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying at the Park Regis City Quays was a pleasant surprise. The room was lovely -- spacious, clean, and had every amenity you could need (plates, cups, pots, pans, washer and dryer, dishwasher, closed room, and an AMAZING air conditioner) all inside the room. Having a secluded balcony was very much appreciated too. The location was superb. A few minutes walk from the pier, restaurants, the bazaar, shopping mall, and several other exciting attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of them were ready and willing with restaurant suggestions, places to shop, and any requests we had for the room. I am truly going to miss this little slice of heaven. I encourage anyone who reads this to stay here and experience the wonders Cairns has to offer and the ways Park Regis City Quays can help you experience them.

Good value rooms which are clean and safe. Excellent location for the convention centre, and short stroll to the Lagoon and shopping district.

Yes, we really did love it. It made our trip to Cairns AWESOME. Clean, roomy, big balcony, beautiful colours, user friendly, great staff and service, great parking, close to town and convention centre, great rooftop facilities, very easy to use the whole place. The price was AWESOME for this 5 star room in my opinion. I would stay here every time I go to Cairns.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay, this is the one! I’ve been staying at different hotels (even 5 stars) while I visited Cairns, this is the cleanest one for sure! Not very fancy but spotless!! Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. The rooms and clean and the hotel itself is walking distance from a lot of places including the cairns aquarium, library and some shops. Beware of the parking across the street though and only park in the space directly across from the hotel and not in the huge gravel lot. You will get fined if you park there without paying.

A very clean, quiet and well appointed hotel which is walking distance to everything. The beds are very comfortable and there is a range of pillows to select from. Highly recommend.
