Rent my property managed our investment for 12 years. They have always been efficient and took care of everything for us. Even referring us to a fabulous agent to sell our property. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with Stevie our property manager. Stevie has provided us with outstanding service for a number of years now. More recently she has become our full time property manager and we are very happy. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to providing clients excellent service are evident.

We have been tenants at a property managed by rent my property for almost 3 years. We have had a great experience with them. They’re very responsive and have always attended to any queries/ maintenance requests promptly. I’d particularly like to thank Stevie who is an awesome property manager. I will miss dealing her. She is extremely efficient, replies promptly to any emails or phone calls ( including reference requests) and is always a pleasure to deal with. Rent my Property is lucky to have such an awesome employee.

Viewed our property with a super polite and friendly gentleman. Put an application in - all digitally.

Once accepted had good communication with admin/agents and prompt responses to maintenance questions.

Stevie’s explanation of lease terms was efficient and straight to the point.

After a few issues with previous property managers through rentmyproperty, Stevie was amazing and made things so simple.

I have only just moved to my new place, so I am probably not informed enough yet to leave a review….however as yet, they seem very friendly and good! I was approved within the week of applying, and they answered all of my questions and the property manager Andressa was very nice and very good with explaining everything to us when signing the lease, and she sorted out some of the issues with the property ASAP! 🙂

Stevie has been amazing to deal with and when I had to end my lease suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances she was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. Stevie is definitely an asset to your company.

Writing this specifically with regards to Finlay, my property manager. Finlay has been incredibly helpful, accessible, and understanding during every conversation that I've had with him. When it came to trying to figure out which bulbs I needed to change out for the heater in the bathroom, he provided links and suggestions without me asking him for them. When it came to lease extensions and negotiating rent with the landlord, he had my back and helped me out immensely. When it came to common area matters, such as overgrown bushes and a malfunctioning oven, he was prompt about sending help. Finlay is a professional, helpful, and understanding property agent, and Rent My Property has a great asset on their hands in him. I hope Finlay's attitude towards the tenants under his purview are reflective of Rent My Property as a whole.

I have rented through the Woolloongabba branch of rent my property for the last 5 years, they always went the extra mile for me and my partner through rough times like Covid and personal issues. I find them to be extremely professional and always willing to work with me. They always reply in a timely fashion with anything to do with the property or other wise. Everyone staff member I have dealt with from that branch are always extremely helpful. And I could not thank them enough for that last 5 years.

When going through a difficult time, Stevie went out of her way to support me and treated me with respect and dignity that I haven’t experienced through other rental agencies. My experience with her has assured me that I can always expect my concerns to be met with kindness and understanding.

In my experience I like the way they care about the tenants, they are always attentive and concerned about each one's safety and the speed with which they resolve problems. 10/10

Rent My Property was a pleasure to deal with for the 7 years we were with them. Every enquiry we had, they had it sorted straight away. They were prompt with having our bond returned and helped us sort everything that needed to be done prior to that.

It's pretty clear the negative reviews are from people who have had issues relating to their behaviour or the way they treated the properties. All of my housemates had a great experience with Brisbane Students - would 100% recommend them to all my friends.

Our experience with the team at Rent my Property over the years is that they do work hard and are professional. The industry is challenging from all angles - property management is not always easy from the demands of tenants and landlords who are both time poor. Clear communication in both directions has made our experience very positive with Rent my Property.

I would like to give this company a good review, they have been so prompt and helpfull, saturday i viewed a property, next day i applied and today i signed the lease at their office, all happened quick and proffesional, really recommend them and looking forward to dealing with them through out my lease, staff all seems friendly and helpfull.
