We received our new tank today! This is the second tank we have ordered from Childers Tanks and have been really pleased with the service. Tim has been friendly and great to deal with. We received our tank within 4 weeks. Great company, great tanks. Highly recommend.

Sent 2 emails requesting quotes no response.
So I decided to call, the lady that answered was rude. Really poore customer service decided to go with another company in Bundaberg. HIGHLY recommend to avoid

Rude, no customer service....the response to me was...."well sue me" when I followed up on an outstanding matter. Please pldo yourself a favour and don't put yourself through this. New management...well they won't last long

Don’t bother with them. Has been a month in which they have never replied to messages, call or email. Leave the space to business owners who want to provide a service instead

What a joke , orderd a tank and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. After numerous phone calls with no response and after 10 weeks i had to cancell my order.

Very very poor built tanks. Looks like school kids made it ! Will never be going back again and will be telling people I know not to buy there if you want a square and neat tank .
