I don't really do reviews but I had too for this place! - Such excellent service over the phone!!!! - All this amid a pandemic. I spoke to Janelle as I had an issue with an order, she sorted it out so well. I had a lovely conversation with her and she actually gave me great nail tech advice. They really care about their customers rather then just trying to make a sale. This is what creates a loyal customer base! Definitely added them to my fav suppliers. Thanks YN Aus! :)

My first order was caught up in a backlog however my second order was received and posted on a Friday and I received it in another state on Monday. Superb service and awesome communication. Also absolutely adore your acrylic products.

I wish I could personally thank the team at young nails australia. I live in sydney and I'm always amazed at how quickly they are able to have it delivered, they are very helpful and courteous over the phone. These girls do not waste time! and my packages always arrive neatly packed without damage.

Very helpful and good service

Slightly hidden away in a light industrial complex. However very friendly service and contains all your needs for nail salon or at home nail supplies.

I love these products, however they will not post to Parcel lockers.
I am unable to get at home address and rely on this service for my goods.
I’d pay extra for Australia post for postage but won’t provide option.
Have to look elsewhere for products.
