Ritual Yoga & Pilates

I love rituals! It’s such a comfortable and safe space to practice Pilates & yoga. The instructors bring their own different expertise and all of them are really helpful when teaching you correct techniques. Not to mention they are SO lovely. I’d recommend rituals Mermaid to everyone!

I tried about a dozen Pilates studios on the Gold Coast before I decided to join Rituals and I am so happy I found them. The studio is spacious and has beautiful energy. The instructors are so friendly and so are the members and the mat Pilates workouts are always fun and designed to suit all different levels of fitness. I couldn’t recommend Rituals enough. Try them out and thank me later ♡

Love the mat Pilates class with Hannah. Great balance of strength and flexibility. Fantastic instructor with guidance for beginners through to advanced. Wonderful light, bright studio. Highly recommend this studio and particularly Hannah.

I have been going to Ritual Pilates mat classes for 3 weeks now and I haven't felt this fit in a long time. I love the instructors, who are lovely and very helpful if you need modifications. The studio is also a beautiful space, big and light.

Ritual Mermaid is a beautiful space. What I love most though is the diversity of the teachers. Yin is always different however still really calming and each class I walk away feeling good and as if different parts of my body has been nourished. Highly recommend both yin and slow flow.

It was my first class of Yoga ever and Alex was excellent at making me feel relaxed and familiar with the facilities. She helped me without distracting from the mood. I felt extrmely serene and happy afterwards.

I’m so happy with the new studio location in Mermaid! I’ve been waiting for ages to find a place where I could do both things I love close to my place: Yoga + Pilates. I’ve experienced different classes with different teachers, all of them high qualified and dedicated to each class. This place is a vibe and it’s been changing my life lately. Thank you girls!

I saw Ritual Yoga and after 3 years without yoga(pregnancy and then birth) decided to try again. I now absolutely love my Friday yoga with Jaime. It is now my happy place and I am looking forward to Friday each week. Thank you Jaime for making me feel comfortable and relaxed to start again.

First impression on entry to the new Ritual studio in Mermaid was great. The subtle changes in decor work perfectly creating a warmth and very welcome feel. Subtle aromas, glowing candles, smiling faces and very professional instructors make up a package I am happy to have chosen - congratulations Ritual.
