I have been a customer for 29 years, but over the last 3/4 months the place has gone downhill, I hope the service improves or I could give another Chemist a try,

I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years. Recently the customer service has been awful, particularly by the people working the back. I needed a script filled and they didn’t have it. I was given no options, advice as to when it would be in or what I could do. I just felt like a number they wanted to get rid of. I took my scripts and went elsewhere.
Some lessons in care and compassion are needed!

I’ve never come across such a rude chemist. When your already feeling unwell and vulnerable and looking for some advice or help. Being told to leave the chemist because I was feeling a little unwell and mentioned this when asked and wanted to get some more rat tests and supplies. I was also wearing a mask and distancing and don’t have covid (the chemist was not wearing a mask). I left the chemist after being shamed and humiliated in front of all the staff and other customers with no help or anything I needed.

The chemist also said I was putting her and staff and the community at risk so leave. I was so taken back and put on the spot I couldn’t even think clearly to respond properly and left. I had a negative test the previous day. But couldn’t get the words out properly after how I had been treated.

Just before Christmas the same chemist wouldn’t fill a script that is left on file and gladly told me sorry we can’t help you it’s 1 day out of date :(

Went to buy a handihaler (not actual medication but a device used for taking spiriva capsules that you can purchase over the counter) for my grandfather who has stage 4 lung cancer and was told that it was prescription only and my only option was to bring his old one in so they could clean it. One - it’s not a prescription item, not sure where they get off withholding items that are meant to be easily accessible to those who need them. 2 - it is advised that the device be replaced every 12 months for hygiene reasons and 3 - why would I bring in a device that touches my grandfathers mouth that is immunocompromised for you to “clean it”? Despicable customer service and will never return again.

Zero Stars!!! Worst service today!!!!!!! Rang to enquire about M. Vaccine. The woman at 8.15am literally laughed at me.

Go in for a script get told come back tomorrow as they don't have it.
