Carlo's IGA Plus Liquor Birrong

I guess most people don't write reviews when things go right, only when they want to complain. Well i was at Carlos IGA a few days ago to grab a carton of beer after work. The guy in the bottle shop, I think his name is Kurt or Kirk was super friendly and helpful and I left there with a smile on my face. Good service goes a long way . I would recommend and I will definitely be back

Super clean and well presented and organised. Had options available that are not available at other IGAs. Some things are a little it pricier compared to the same items at other IGAs, but it is not a deal breaker.

Great selection of fresh and nonperishable products.
The store is immaculate and organised with a team of friendly and helpful staff!

Michael and the team here are second to none. The way they greet you when you walk in and the way theres someone always there to help. This iga has to be the friendliest place to get your groceries from in Sydney. Thank you Michael you and your team are amazing.

Love this store it's great for the local's and the staff are just amazing and always helpful the store is very old but the staff look after it like it's there own store it's very clean and good for your quick shop needs.

Love love love this shop it has everything our hearts would desire and more. The staff are beautiful especially Michael and Maryanne. The fruit and veg are always outstanding. I love this shop. I'd cry if it closed. I have a brain tumor and dont drive to far so its very convenient for me. I will always be a happy customer till I pass away. .Whoever reads my review thank you and be happy for your health just be happy God Bless.

Anytime of the week you are greeted with friendly staff. Well kept store. Store manager is super friendly and always greets you with courtesy.

For a smallish shop you’d be surprised how many items are here. It’s always very tidy and orderly here. And the hot food is always really nice too!

Bought a delicious ham & salad roll from the deli for $6.50 - what a brilliant idea! Also bought a hot bbq chook for only $7.95 - what great value! Friendly staff with great customer service, nice wide aisles & they have a liquor store as well. Highly recommend a visit to this place.

I made the mistake of buying the wrong pack of something from here and the staff were only too happy to help! I spoke to Sophie on the phone and the manager Michael when I arrived a few minutes later. Both were exceptionally professional and courteous! I really appreciated your help!

Always pleasant helpful staff that care more for there customer services then other big name supermarket chains It is so nice to go somewhere to have a pleasant smile given and a how is your day, then to be rushed through by some trainee who has not been trained probably and can not even pack a bag for your trip home where many of your purchase are damaged, IGA Birrong it is like seeing a friend everyday with a welcome smile and more then friendly attitude, want a good shopping experience this is the place for you...

Best IGA around. Their lunch rolls from the Deli are great, staff are always helpful, prices are good.

A good local supermarket supplying all the essentials and more. The cooked chicken here is so tasty and recommend to try. Staff are friendly and the new freezer renovations provide more frozen good options.

Love my local IGA. Love their sausages and meat which is usually fresh. Staff are mostly, super friendly, prices are competitive. Saves me going to woollies or coles and I love that. Bread roll for lunch, freshly made for $5 , love it.

Michael the manager is a blessing to Birrong IGA. He is friendly and professional with a wonderful smile. I adore all the staff there!
