These people sell rubbish and won't respond to emails looking for a refund. The product I bought does not work as promised. Do not buy from Sydney Trendshop. Which, by the way, is not in Sydney. UPDATE: Trendshop got in toch with me, and my issue was resolved. I have upped my stars to 2 because of that.

I ordered a wireless phone charger with an Australian plug for an Apple I phone 15 and got a piece of flimsy plastic garbage with a European plug. Take a tip. Don’t waste your money like I did. Their products are total rubbish!

I purchased a Whistle Key Finder of this company. They took my $29.95 from my account immediately. The tracking number provided was by a Chinese airline. I messaged 'Vanessa' a number of times when she sent me emails and told her I no longer wanted this product. The goods never seemed to leave China and I wanted it within 2 weeks, after all it's Sydney, right?! Stay clear of this scam company.

BUYER BEWARE! This online retailer is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes. Only pay option was Apple Pay. Took my money - sent no confirmation email - nothing. Never received shoes. Have to claim through my bank to get my money back. I have reported them. I wish I could tell them to F…O….!

I bought a gift 2 weeks ago This company said "It's on the way" I tried to track it but It doesn't work, I rang the phone number and it said "this number is not connected" I don't know if I'll ever see it

Scam! The products come from China (definitely not a Sydney company!).
I bought two ‘Draw with light development toy’ for my my niece and nephew. I’m so glad I opened them before wrapping as the ‘board’ is basically a piece of polystyrene. Would give this product a zero 0⃣ if possible.
I’ll be requesting a refund and sending the products back.

Product doesn’t work as described, they want me to video the product not working. Don’t buy EMS ab stimulator it does nothing!!!!!

Tracking number is not correct. Can’t dispute through shop app because item hasn’t been delivered. Avoid at all costs.

Please read reviews before ordering from here. Comes from China and still weeks later has not arrived

Simply awful. Better chance of winning the lotto then tracking your delivery or contacting this buisness which is basically a scam that should be shut down and investigated by fair trading. The product itself is not at all as described or shown in photos either. It's junk that arrived broken from overseas despite this buisness lying and saying otherwise. Report and warn others.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRADULENT SCAMMERS States is in Sydney Australia but shipping after purchased says international. Purchased from this company, received tracking information yet Parcel said in transit from 2 days, then stated cancelled by the Company. No emails, updates or phone number for assistance. Just takes your money.

Ordered a life vest for a trip 5 weeks in advance. Emailed three times and have gotten no response with a little as a tracking number. Product still has not arrived.

I am not happy with the product I received. Information was misleading. I have sent numerous emails and the number that is displayed cannot be connected. I even drove to the address only to find a house there with no warehouse. There is no option to ask for return for a refund. This is not a good way to run a business.

Ordered something taking weeks still hasn't arrived have emailed to get update as tracking number doesn't give any information. Hope to hear from then soon. Wish i read reviews before ordering!!

I would not recommend buying from them. The company name suggests you are buying from a local source, however you aren't. The website says delivery in 3-5 business days, which also suggests the stock is local. My products came from China and took 7 weeks which meant they weren't here to give as Christmas gifts as intended. The products weren't at all what I expected as the website didn't show close up photos to show the detail. I requested a refund as they weren't going to serve the purpose they were purchased for and I was advised I would have to return the good to China at my own cost. Very poor customer service.

Sold me a Pet Tracking GPS device probs works great in Countries that only support 2G not 3G or greater! No good in Australia. I’ve emailed wanting a refund I’ll wait to see if I get a respond Not Hapoy

Do not purchase anything from here. After 6 weeks of non delivery they gave me a tracking number which didn't exist. Took forever to reply to emails (if they did reply at all) Still waiting for a refund. I don't even know how they are allowed to operate as a business

Waiting for gps watches for a trip overseas and they led about them being delivered in QLD when i emailed them. Taken 4 weeks already. Have to go buy something else instead. So bummed.
