Always happy with the service at Motorserve Penrith. Staff are always friendly. Have been taking my cat here for over 5 years now. Also love the car wash and vacuum at the end!

The team at Motorserve Penrith have been servicing my vehicle for several years. I travel a lot so I have used them many times. They are consistently efficient and thorough. And the membership discount means they are considerably cheaper than similar work from a dealer.

The gentlemen at the front desk are so helpful and go out of their way to book my car in, accommodate any questions or concerns I have, and support me in keeping my old car operating well.

I cannot fault the work done on the car. I find NRMA Motorserve are more than thorough which is reassuring when you don't know a lot about the mechanics of a car.

I always pick up my car knowing their recommendations for future work or issues to keep an eye on.

They are not cheap but I am grateful that my NRMA membership gives me a discount on all invoices.

Motoserve Penrith provided outstanding service and support for our family on a very difficult day when we lost both family cars through misadventure. Their expert advice and friendly manner, along with going above and beyond in solving our motor issues, was so helpful and we highly recommend them.

I go to Penrith Motorserve regularly, whether it's for a service or if I have a problem with my car.
Their customer service is friendly and helpful with any query you might have. You can contact them by phone or online using their website or just drop in, in person.
They are just a 7min walk around the corner to Westfield Shopping centre, Penrith Station, buses and taxi's.

Always helpful & friendly front desk staff. Nice place to sit out of the heat. Always pleased with their work! Thanks.

Love the communication and service from the crew at this mechanic shop.. they explained all the details to the T included cost. There price's were afford and on top of that we received discounts also.. job was done right the first time and never had an issue with my wife's car after.
