Joey and Lauren were absolutely amazing, me and my girlfriend had such a pleasant experience purchasing our new lounge from their store. Completely different experience in the best way to any other we’ve had before. Joey and the team weren’t pushy and really gave us the space to decide what we wanted whilst providing us with the best knowledge on the products and what would work best for our house. Me and my partner went in to look at lounges and when I say this was the best customer service that I’ve ever had that doesn’t even do it justice. Joey served us and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we walked out with exactly what we wanted for a great price and was very honest about what would be best for our needs. After attempting to purchase a bench seat online with no success we ventured to the Penrith store, we were greeted with a friendly welcome and shown the product with a full explanation, the whole process of purchase was easy and a pleasure, thank you to all the great staff at Johnnys Penrith.

Both Joey and Lauren provided an amazing service. It is always pleasant dealing with people that aren’t pushing the sale. Both were very pleasant to deal with. Even though we have had a couple of issues with the lounge, they have been extremely helpful in sorting this out and would definitely come back again. Wow! What can I say...I am speechless with the quality of the couch I have purchased from Johnny's Furniture. The experience truly was pleasant as it didn't feel like a typical sale showroom. The customer service from Joey was beyond phenomenal, he was not pushy, nor did he try to upsell when I had my heart set on a certain couch. Thank you for not only the experience but a beautiful couch that I will treasure!

Won't go anywhere else!! From the time we walked in, to the time we left, exceptional customer service. Joey gave us great designing tips and moved furniture around so we could see it against colour trends we currently had. Highly recommend Joey and his team :)

Love love love this store! 😀 quality furniture! I was there with my husband recently to have a look at a coffee table we wanted to purchase and then we ended up getting that and other matching furniture pieces as we couldn’t resist with the lovely sale deals they had running at the time too. The new Manager Joey at the Penrith (Jamisontown branch) is really such a lovely person and good salesman. This store would be our new go to furniture store as the its stunning and customer service absolutely superb! 👌

Highly recommend this place in particular the new management. Completely different shopping experience now. Joey is extremely helpful, and has very helpful interior design tips as well. Does not push and leaves you alone to discuss things but also does not forget that you are there. Will definitely be visiting again for future needs, a much improved service for sure!

A big big Thankyou to Joey and Lauren. After what was an initial misunderstanding with an order and a bit of back and forth with another previous manager who was less than helpful, we are now today extremely happy and love our lounge. Joey stepped in straight away and sorted out our issue without hesitation, his customer service was above and beyond, calling to make sure we were happy. I would definitely shop there again purely because of Joey's outstanding customer service.

Recently purchased a few items here and I would love to say thank you to Joey who was exceptional; very helpful, personable and funny. He followed us up after delivery as well to ensure all in order. The products are excellent, the service even better. Highly recommend.

This is the home of the helpful, honest, happy, team.. Don't bother driving to the overpriced Homemaker Center round the corner because Johnny's is where the real deals are.

Very grateful to Lauren and Joey at Johnnys Furniture. Their customer service was above and beyond. We dealt with Joey and Lauren mid way waiting for our order that had been bungled up by an ex employee. At that stage I was a bit disappointed in the company but honestly Lauren and Joey turned my opinion around and I would definitely shop with them again at the store! Customer Service is way beyond what you can expect for. All hail to Joey of Penrith Branch who will do the extra length for the customers. My husband and I went to visit Johnny’s Penrith just to “have a look” before we headed to the Campbelltown store. Upon entering the Penrith store, we were greeted by Lauren who is very friendly. We told her we were there to have a look as we were wanting to get ideas for our home that was in the final stages of its build. Needless to say, our “have a look” thought process ended up being at this store for 4 hours buying furnishings for our home. We didn’t end up driving to the Campbelltown store. We were greeted with friendliness and were provided with professionalism by both Lauren and Joey. Both Lauren and Joey even allowed us to move furniture around to see how furniture pieces would look put together. I don’t think other branded stores would do this and with passion for their products. We told them our vision and they delivered. Lauren and Joey both went above and beyond for us. Made us feel comfortable with our choices and was not pushy into selling us products. The quality of the furniture and the designs are just absolutely beautiful. Joey went above and beyond to make sure that the issue we had with dining table was sorted right before xmas. Joey and Lauren thank you for your service. I will be returning to your store again. Loving the furnishings that we have received so far. Looking forward to seeing it all come together when the rest arrive from back order. I will surely upload photos.

Fantastic customer service. Had issues with sofa we purchased initially due and Joey did everything he could to help us out and have it fixed and replaced. Very happy with the replacement sofa and service. Would recommend
