Hoppy's Express Carwash Bermuda St

My car was extremely uncared for and filthy, so I selected the full treatment clean inside and out , including having the seats and carpets shampooed.
I am so glad I chose Hoppy's Ferry Road Southport, and was blown away with the service and care taken by all the staff. My car looks brand new, and I'm so very happy 😊

Great cleaning! - I got the super+combo and all seats cleaned, I was pleasantly surprised when I got in my car. It looked fresh, smelt fresh and felt fresh. You can even watch the guys really getting into the little things that you didn't expect.

Mitch did a fantastic job on my car removing tree sap. Worth the dollars to have someone care about the fine detail. Mitch you are such an asset to this company. I'll be back hopefully without the sap. Coffee was nice and cafe lovely and peaceful.

The team do a great job at Hoppy's, while you sit back and enjoy a coffee and the GC lifestyle. Can get quite busy so plan your visit.

Good value for a wash inside and out for $50, they fit me in straight away on a Saturday and I was out of there within 1 hour of arriving. Very happy with work completed and no complaints to have a clean car for a few days!

We’re able to fit me in and do a steam clean of inside my Ute and normal outside wash and a general clean out of the tray for a good price. Got it done in an hour and a half on a busy day. Very impressed. Friendly service as well.

I go here every week and the clean and service is amazing. I had a light on my dash which said I needed air in my tyres. Garth arranged for one of the boys to meet me at the service station to pump up my tyres for me after they cleaned my car. Oh and coffee and juice are awesome. Everyone is just so friendly. Keep up the good work.

Very good service and surprisingly quick. If you like to keep your car clean most of the time then I recommend the $75 a month option which gives you the right to go as often as you want during that period. Very friendly and efficient staff, and the coffee is good too while you wait!!

Great friendly service and they do a great car wash and clean. Car came out looking almost new :) They always do a great job and you don't have to wait long.

I have to say that I'm impressed! When I got my car back, not only did I have a clean car, but I also had a $10 note in my middle console. The $10 had obviously been somewhere in the car, perhaps under a seat. The cleaner found it and put it there for me.

And the reason why I am so impressed is because whenever there is money laying around in my car, say in the middle console, I just expect it to be stolen when I get my car cleaned. Another car cleaning place even went so far as to steal a winning scratchie.

So the fact that your business has done the right thing is amazing and I thank you!

Pretty bloody good job every time for $65.. No complaints with service at all as very proffessional and quick..

Only feedback is.. when collecting my car after receiving the sms on my phone.. I just jumped in and drove off. There wasn't any security at all and no one checked to make sure it was actually my car.. I could have been anyone as the door was open with the keys in there and all employees were busy working on other cars..

Think u need to have like a pass or something to hand over to collect keys when done..

Been coming here for years and never been unhappy with my car wash. Always leave with a shiny clean car inside and out. The staff are always friendly and the cafe is great to relax in with a coffee and treat while waiting for the car to be cleaned. I moved from Mermaid to Bonogin but I still come here every time. Thx for a wonderful experience every time guys 😊

The Café staff at the Mermaid location are by far the best I’ve ever come across. Julia and Jennifer are always hard working and help out their customers as much as they possibly can and the car was service is spectacular too! Fantastic coffee and great service and I would happily recommend to anyone.

The guys at Hoppy’s Mermaid Waters take their job very seriously. When we took our Audi there for a wash they spotted a problem with the way in which one of our body panels was fitted and informed us immediately. As our car was only a week old I was very happy they had spotted it. Great job Hoppy’s!

Yoshi did an awesome job on our hyundai ix35. We had a car wash and wax and it is perfect. He even showed us the car to make sure we were happy when he was done, and helped my wife carry our newborn back to the car. Thanks for the great service mate.

Brought my daughter's car in for a complete wash and clean inside and out. With 2 young kids, you can imagine how bad it was. The guys at Hoppy did an EXCELLENT job. I can't promise it's going to stay this way. Thanks guys.

Well organised car wash, just always busy so be prepared to wait. There is a Cafe with coffee and food indoor and outdoor area. Bring entertainment for kids if they waiting with you. Can be pricey depending what you choose. Overall a good car wash.

Car looks better than new. Very impressed with the amount of time they spent on it. The pay pickup process needs refining - but you know what to do after your first visit .
