Look...EVERY JB HIFI STORE IS THE SAME! But what set them apart is the staff. I came to this store the day after boxing day sales...it was still crazy, but the staff were all polite THEY DIDNT hound me for a sale, and I could see they liked their job. :-). Great store. Love the staff.

Nathan went above and beyond, taking the time to chat with me about what I was after and even throwing in an awesome deal that I couldn't resist. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your purchase, but Nathan nailed it.

This is where I shop instore or online to purchase DVD's.. and have always been able to get the one I'm after..They will check if in stock or elsewhere if required..the staff have always been friendly and helpful in store at Merrylands..🙃

I got the 4pack Samsung SmartTag. Staff helped me out straight away, and gave me a better price. They were all so friendly with great customer service.

I'm so happy with the service I received from James the Manager. I bought a new phone and was told it had all the features, but unfortunately it didn't have the facility for Google pay.
I went back the following day and James swapped the phone. He couldn't help me enough and spent time with me showing me the features and helped with the setting up.
His customer service is outstanding and highly recommend him for any knowledge of phones.

Love my local JB Hi-Fi store, even more because of the great staff and one most exemplary member, James. Such a vast knowledge across technological products and really looked after me in price. His honest opinions and lengths to ensure I was making the right choice was beyond generous. Have spent thousands at this store, and so long as the are staff like this, I am happy to spend thousands more.

Bought an iPhone 15 pro from here after calling them to confirm stock availability - they had it so we zipped down there straight away - super easy, quick in and out transaction and super friendly staff.

VERY GOOD! Visited the store on Boxing day and picked up a 2TB USB I believed it was $89.00 when I was purchasing it, they ended up only charging my $79.00 :D the customer service agent was so sweet too! Highly recommend!
