Mr Ping's

Canto / Hong Kong Chinese restaurant. It’s called “Congee King” in Chinese but we didn’t try the congee today because it’s 38 degrees! I sat down and started reading the Google reviews while waiting for my family to arrive and I almost wanted to leave…luckily I didn’t!
The wok fried noodles were both delicious (not too oily) - we ordered “Fried egg noodle in soy sauce” and “Fried rice noodles with sliced beef”. The roast pork was fresh, crispy and has just the right mix of fat and meat. “Tossed green bean with minced pork” was surprisingly good - they have even put mini dried shrimps into the dish which makes a huge difference. Very reasonably priced, staff were attentive, food arrived quickly and all the dishes were all authentically Canto and tasty. I read in others’ reviews that this place has “the best milk tea in Sydney” but that was the only item we ordered which was disappointing. We will definitely be back again!

Good quality and tasty Cantonese food. I have eaten at Mr Ping's a few times and always had an enjoyable meal.
Has some delicious Sweet and Sour Pork, Roast Pork and BBQ Duck with rice and some Spicy, tongue numbing Chicken in Szechuan Chilli Style.
Went back to Mr Ping's for a big bowl of Wonton Noodle Soup. Yum

Seriously if you only get one thing here get the yao tiao (fried dough sticks). You normally eat them with congee but these are the BEST I've ever had, even better than back in HK. They are light on the inside and crispy on the outside. Super fresh, so they must be made per order and we've only ever ordered Uber Eats from them. We always get the pork and preserved egg congee (classic) - delicious.. and the kids love the fried vermicelli with chicken and salty fish (minus the onions, bean sprouts and shallots or course 🤣).

Had roast duck with and was so good and really good value for money

Ordered a lunch serve of plate meal- sweet and sour pork with rice for $12.80. The taste is surprisingly good, the fine line between sweet and sour is just right. The coat on the pork is not too thick. I think it is great for value. Also ordered a cup of hot HK style milk tea I thought it’s $1 to come with meal but the lady charged me $2.80, it is okay not overpriced.

Great food. Great service. Great prices. Have never had a bad meal here and working through the menu over some time trying different things. Very fresh and tasty.

Really tasty food and lovely staff.

Love this place for a quick lunch or dinner. Their roast pork is so good - they let it render longer than some other places I’ve been too but it means the crackling is super crunchy.

The dishes here are amazing. The staff are also super helpful and polite. The duck is amazing; skin that's crispy yet soft at the same time. Highly recommend you try it.

Here we are again to review one of my to go to's when I want to eat a good Cantonese food without shelling much on my budget.
If you want some roast pork, it is one of the best I could recommend. They often ran out of it but Fortunately, we were the lucky ones.

Ambiance: This place is just for casual dining. Suiting for peeps who just wanted some time to end the day and just eat and chill.That kind of vibe. It's busy during the weekends tho.
Staff: I often see common faces from the staff, welcomes me all the time and Yes, they may not speak fluent English but they surely understand what you want. Fair enough for a fast paced service.
Food: If you are looking for good Roast Pork, come to Mr. Pings. We also love their honey Chicken. For this one we ordered two bowls of rice(yes! We love rice) but they also offer combination menu(13aud for a rice and serving of viand). Legit Cantonese food. They offer free hot tea too.
Price: Good Value for Money. 60 aud for these ones.

Amazing food and service, you don’t have to wait long for the food to come out. Even with some language barrier excellent customer service!! I love the Pipis in Xo sauce it’s my favourite and hits the spot just right ❤

Great little place in Parramatta, good selection of food including roast duck and other of my favourites at reasonable prices. Its busy place but be patient its worth wait if you go at busy times

Been there for long time, every dish I tried is very good, especially their salty egg 🟠 the best in town, and friendly staff too, if you like Chinese food you would like it, have to say THANK YOU here to all the staffs of Mr Ping, because of you, I can have most of my favorite Hong Kong 🇭🇰 style food back here in Sydney 🇦🇺... best wishes to everyone who see this comment, and peace to the world 🌎

i want to marry mr ping. hes food is as good as he is in bed (very good 😊) and he is very fast (not in the bad way 🤭). overall best place ive ever eaten at 😍

go to chinese place in parramatta. I love the fried fish with sweet corn sauce! the pipis are also delicious. all the vegetable dishes I've had there has been amazing as well!

Loved it, food was excellent, not really a fan of vegetables except when I eat Asian food.
