Never before have I had to chase an imaging centre for results. Had scans Friday, was told Tuesday morning results would be at Dr. They were unable to get the report through on their internal system to the doctor or manage to use a fax number took till noon Wednesday and numerous calls from the surgery and myself to get the results to the Doctor. Never again.

Went to CHatswood Lumus today for an X-ray and ultrasound for my daughter. Gentleman who did the X-ray was lovely and helpful and when we did ultrasound with the lady, her professional manners were absent. So rude and disappointing.l compared to service from xray team.

Bad experience，didn’t tell at the front desk have to charge gap when referring from Chiropractor. We sat and waited so long and wasted our time.
