Scrap of Your Life

I was able to get the well needed rest I needed in one of the most beautiful places in the area, as well as scrap my heart out. Could not have asked for a better long weekend away. Julie really makes sure everyone is catered for and well looked after. The program was spectacular, the challenges loads of fun, company amazing, food other than loads too much perfect and way too much fun, making the perfect way to destress. Totally recommend an retreat with Scrap Of Your Life

Scrap Of Your Life is amazing. It is a small family run business right here in our own backyard. Julie is passionate about her craft and loves sharing it with others. When Julie puts on a retreat, you get a real treat, from little surprises when you arrive to amazing stock she brings with her as well the fun challenges you can do whilst you are there. I love how if there is a particular item you are after Julie will order it for you if she doesn't have it in stock. Since discovering Scrap of Your Life 4 years ago I was welcomed with open arms and have made some lovely friendships within this beautiful crafting family. Thank you Julie for all the hard work you do for us xxx

Pre ordered the Sunkissed Collection bundle by Cocoa Vanilla and have heard nothing, but other stores already have this collection.
I have phoned twice and left a message but no contact has been made.
i buy from many stores and have never had a problem before. i would appreciate contact being made.

I'm sorry to write that i have not received my order which was a length of yellow ric rac. I was keen to support a small business rather than Spotlight. Unfortunately have also not had a response to my emails from the owner Julie about my order. Disappointing!

I wouldn't even give 1 star to Julie Hyde (SCAMMER ) ! I ordered on the 17th November 2023, she took my money, now it's 7th December, no order, no reply for my order or a refund. I have contacted PayPal & left the issue with them. DO NOT BUY HERE ! Please read other online shoppers reviews who have the same issue, disgusting business ethics as she refuses to respond to emails, phone calls & should be banned from continuing to be in business.

I will never shop here again, I had to beg for them to send my order (after a month and a bit of no contact) and they only responded AFTER I lodged a refund my payment request as order not received with the payment site! Then, after waiting yet another month for it to come (although I had paid for express shipping) some items were missing and it took forever and a lot of begging to get that refunded. Customer service is really not their strong point. Reading other reviews I'm clearly not the only one. Obviously they don't care about gaining new loyal customers - shame, shame, shame

Order placed over three weeks ago which still has not shipped. The store refuses to respond to attempts to contact from me directly, and now from PayPal. Yet continues to be active on social media channels. I would advise consumers to purchase elsewhere.

Pre ordered Vicki Boutin color study products 8 weeks ago. Not delivered and no response from site despite my texts/ call/ emails.

Placed an order on the 10th of Feb, no sign of it, I have emailed and telephoned to get no response. I was planning on placing a very large order with this company but given it looks like I've already lost money, I'm going to find another company.
