Michel's Kmart Toowoomba

This location is very convenient when you are doing your shopping or picking up mail from your PO Box. The staff are friendly and service was quite quick. The coffee was hot as requested and there is a nice selection of calorie rich desserts that I certainly shouldn't be having but did anyway!

The best lactose free latte. I've been a weekly customer here for years and love the coffee, the friendly staff and the toasted Turkish rolls. I'll be back as usual for my usual thanks guys

The coffee can be a little inconsistent, but that happens at most places. Customer service is always great, good location always quick and serving and there is never a massive wait to get what you want.

Clean and friendly. Coffee and sausage roll were both tepid by the time they were brought out to the table. What’s not to like about having food brought to you? But if I wanted a serviette I had to get it from the counter myself. You brought the coffee and food but I had to leave the table, food and my bags to pick up a serviette that you walked past. No, I won’t be back.

Burnt foul coffee and fifty tables, reasonable service and prices

My dad picked up a hot mocha for me and when I opened the lid I discovered that 1/3 of the drink was missing. I ended putting some milk in to fill the cup it, it tasted fine but still really disappointing to find out you're being scammed by them just to save a buck or two, really scummy.

Coffee made by the young female staff member was good. Service provided by older male (manager, as he is there often?) is not good. I have also heard him publicly and loudly make disparaging comments about other customers (for simply changing their minds).
Warmer, friendlier service to be found elsewhere in the Kmart shopping centre - get your coffee there, avoid Michel's.

We arrived at 5:15pm as google said they closed at 6pm. The girl was surly and unfriendly when she told us they were closed. The only other time I have been there the service wasn’t overly friendly and they got our coffee order wrong.

Today while being served from the staff. My participant and I came here for a coffee. I asked the staff member if they could cut up my participants sausage roll. The guy at the counter said that wouldn’t be a problem. He was very polite and friendly. The lady who served us our food. Was very rude and refused to cut the sausage roll up. I am very disappointed appointed with the service they provided. When Monday comes around. I will be making an official complaint about the lady being very rude. The hot chocolate is not well presented.
