Always happy to shop here for my trainers , friendly staff , super helpful and efficient

There were a lot of staff in the store which was good for peak periods, not so good for those who enjoy shopping quietly by themselves, but the staff were helpful and accommodating, as usual. 🙂

I had a great experience with Will, he was very attentive - asking questions and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front counter were also very helpful too!

I usually go to the other rebel store in grand central, but will be coming here from now on. Very helpful and happy stuff. Mitchell was very friendly and provided great service at the check out. Thanks!

Went in today to buy a treadmill….
William gave me awesome advice. I explained to him that I needed to lose weight and get fit. I’m 56…. No judgment, just great service…. I purchased the treadmill by the way!!

Had such a great experience at Rebel yesterday with my sales person, Tahlia. She was extremely helpful and assisted me with finding the right shoes for my feet and ankle issues. I can't commend her enough, she was lovely to deal with and I am so happy with my purchase. Thanks again to Tahlia and the team at Rebel, Toowoomba South.

Great store friendly staff.

We were served by a very nice and helpful young man named Jason E. He made our experience amazing.
He assisted our 8 year old son with some wrist, knee & elbow pads and our 6 year old daughter with new running shoes. Our son while thanking Jason for his help added ‘Well he was nice to talk to!’

I hope this message makes it to the manager as staff as helpful and as enthusiastic as Jason should be identified.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes for my son in January, the front of the shoes have come off and are starting to peel back, I go into rebel south toowoomba today may 28th 2022 to buy another pair and got served from a staff member by the name of Mitchell, I then asked him what warranty the new would have and then proceed to swap the faulty shoes and give us the brand new pair,I will be going back to rebel and purchase the kids school shoes every year thank you Mitchell for outstanding customer service

Had to exchange a faulty pair of navy under armour shorts, Taylah and the manager (who I didn't get the name of) went out of their way to ensure that I exchanged the faulty pair of shorts for the pair I wanted. Outstanding customer service by the two girls!

Won a $150 Rebel Sport voucher for guessing the last State of Origin game, they didn't have the boxing bag I was after, so the Manager did a special deal on a better quality one. Very happy with their service!

Bought a pair of garmin watches without any research. Elsie pushed me towards a different watch than I was told to buy and it was the best option. Great service and product knowledge.

Weren't sure of what we were after, but with the wonderful help of Ben, my wife and I were soon sorted with our purchases. Great staff and good range of products.👍👍👍👍

Love this store! Everyone is so helpful! I had difficulties ordering online for some reason, and Adam was amazing and very patient with me, helping me get it done whilst on the phone! Highly recommend shopping with this store.

Here for state netball competition and had to get some compression sleeves, the young lad know what we wanted and gave us some advice after asking what was the reason we wanted them for. Was good to find a store person that knew what he was selling for a change.

Excellent staff , not pushy but around if you need them, no scurrying away like some big hardwares , plenty of parking and great pedestrian access
