Kmart Toowoomba Plaza

My partner and I were just served by the lovely Harmony over the phone who went above and beyond to check if there was an item in stock we had been eyeing up and even put it on hold for us before we asked. What a legend, such lovely staff and such a nice store.

Friendly staff and easy to find what I was looking for

Tidy and clean with super friendly staff. I generally have know idea which registers to go to or in which direction but I can be a bit like Kramer from Seinfeld in that respect.

We would like to thank Lisa from Heritage Bank at Kmart Plaza Toowoomba for all her help. Lisa completed a deceased estate for my sister and I. Going through this was hard enough but Lisa was brillant and made everything easier for us. Lisa completed all tasks and kept us to date with each step of the process. Which made it less stressful. We are aware there were other people from Heritage bank involved in this so we thank them as well. Totally recommend Heritage for your banking needs.

My experience albiet brief was a pleasant one. Person greeter was welcoming and knew where the products were within the store, saving a considerable amount of time. Prices were also pretty reasonable for the quality.

Kmart always gets 5 stars! Hahah. I don't go with a list as Kmart tells me what I need. Great location, easy to access and seems to always have more stock than grand central.

The centre is great place to do shopping but am tired of seeing cars parked in the pram bays that don't have kids. Just sore a lady park her car in the pram pay with no kids in the car and walked into Coles. No care other people with little kids want to use the park she couldn't be bothered parking 4 parks down. Can someone do something about this. I see it every time I come to this place

Great range of merchandise at reasonable prices. Layout of stores are weird and often takes longer to locate a section. Strangely, counters are in the middle of store, not near front entrance. Whoever designed it was on drugs I reckon. They certainly didn't take into account visually impaired or elderly people because it is very confusing. Despite that, staff are usually friendly and helpful.

This morning at 8:30 I went to Kmart at Toowoomba South. I was having difficulty locating several items I needed. A staff member there, Sonia, despite having other duties she was simultaneously doing, took the time to guide me twice, with clear directions and a polite and helpful manner. Thanks Kmart, and thanks Sonia!

Nice store layout. Good cleanliness and products were well presented. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff that went out of their ways to help us locate an item. Overall good shopping experience.

Nicely set out much more sense to have self serve register at front of store. Well stock more chance of the stuff you would like orw need would be available here instead central store. Nice staff, quick response or service.

Clean store kept stocked and easy parking and entry access.
Complex has a few other stores and coles.

Great array of stores. Plenty of parking in a tidy fashion. Not the biggest complex, but great for locals or popping in on the way through to other locals.

Massive thank you to Kmart Harristown. Due to no music playing we could shop with our 5yr old Autistic grandson for an hour today. We usually cant even take him into any store. It was very much appreciated keep up the good work

Absolutely love Kmart. Best place to shop everything is cheap and affordable. Although I do not like the set up of having the registers in the middle of the shop because when you leave you have to get your bags checked. Staff are also hard to find if needing to find something.

Always grab a bargain I go for mark downs the lot bit handy 😜 so I look at the damaged goods and marked items I'm not ashamed a 🔨 hammer here and a tread and needle there looks just the same

The most affordable shop. I've a soft-case suitcase for only 29 dollar!!!! Very good quality, n could've cost around 70 dollars in my own country.

Very good store to shop in. Close to entrance. Well laid out. Ample under cover parking.

Great prices and customer service. Products are cheap but not nasty. Well done.

Love shopping here. Got everything I need. A browse through Kmart, a chemist and a post office, finish with grocery shopping at Coles. Treat yourself to a hot doughnut at DK's and a great coffee at Michel's when you're done.
